Bien situé à quelques pas de la gare et de Radius Tours. Déjeuner parfait. Personnel accueillant et aidant. Possible de ne pas faire faire ménage et retour d’une carte de 10 euros pour bar. On a accès aisément à tout ce qui nécessaire pour la chambre. Calme et terrasse intérieure. Restaurant en face pour pâtisserie ou pizza à emporter.

Un hôtel au top !
J'ai récemment séjourné dans cet hôtel et je ne peux que le recommander. L'expérience a été exceptionnelle à tous les niveaux. Le personnel était incroyablement gentil et serviable, toujours prêt à répondre à mes questions et à me donner des conseils sur les attractions locales. L'hôtel était d'une propreté impeccable. J'ai également beaucoup apprécié le calme qui régnait, ce qui m'a permis de me reposer et de me détendre après une journée bien remplie. Le point fort pour moi a été le jardin, un véritable havre de paix où j'ai pu profiter de moments de tranquillité. Dans l'ensemble, mon séjour a été parfait et je n'hésiterais pas à revenir dans cet hôtel lors de ma prochaine visite à Munich. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour leur excellent service !

Décu cette fois ci
Habitué de cet hotel j'ai été cette fois ci décu car il faisait très chaud (25-26°C)dans les chambres et la clim n'etant pas individuelle, pas moyen de la reduire sauf à ouvrir la fenetre mais le boulevard est très bruyant. l'hotel etant complet pas moyen de changer de chambre. c'est dommage car sinon c'est un hotel très agéable

Hotel proche de la vieille ville de Munich
Hotel est très bien situé. Le centre ville historique de Munich est joignable à 10mn à pied. Le personnel est sympa et attentionné. Le petit déjeuner est bien.

Overall very nice. However had previously booked and had confirmed twice car parking but when we arrived there was no space. There was also an issue over charging for breakfast which was included. The man on the desk was very good though and sorted it out ! Thank you

Very much enjoyed our stay here. We chose it for train station access and found it walkable to everything. Approx 15 min to the main square (Marienplatz) Staff were very friendly, the breakfast was very good.

Great location, near public transportation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We opted out of maid service for all days of our stay and this hotel offers a credit if you opt out of the service ..a nice bonus! Wish that this offers was extended at other hotels.

I consider this hotel excellent. Everything is well arranged and convenient. Although the space of my room is small but it is well utilized. The hotel's idea of providing a token gift to guests who don't need room clean is good. I suggest to provide a bottle of water in the bag as well, as I was told that if the room is cleaned, a new bottle of water is provided. If the room is not cleaned, there is no bottle of water provided. This causes inconvenience for guest who don't need room clean.

The hotel is a short walk from the main train station! The hotel is very clean, the staff were all polite and helpful! Room cleaning is late, but we just needed clean towels. The room was perfect, nice beds, nice bathroom, everything worked! Could use more outlets near the beds. The breakfast was great, we had it both mornings we were there. There are not many restaurants close by, but the Marienplatz area is a short walk or ride, and many stores and restaurants are there. hotel gets a 5/5 rating from me.

Nettes Hotel, etwas „veraltet“ in der Ausstattung. Das Kontaktieren via whatsapp sollte vorher abgefragt werden und nicht einfach umgesetzt, nicht alle wollen das. Check-In mit Automaten möglich; scheint unnötig, da die Rezeption auch besetzt war. Personal, sowohl an der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstück, war außerordentlich freundlich. Minibar inklusive sowie Wasser, Tee und Kaffee in der Lobby. Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel.

Overall good stay! Pros: 5min to main train station, friendly staff, option to get a voucher if don't need cleaning, provided complimentary tea and coffee plus a free bottle of water in the room, luggage storage. Everything was clean and orderly. Cons: The surrounding area isn't the nicest, luggage storage is unlocked and only self-serviced, the bathroom is very tight. Other than that, everything went smoothly and would recommend staying here.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel and highly recommend it. I was delayed travelling through Dubai, staff were promptly replying to my messages. Rooms are clean, staff always friendly and happy to assist
