Luxury in Mumbai
Great service, excellent staff , very dedicated to the guest confort. The St Regis also has one of the best buffet breakfast ever experienced. Location wise it is on top of a very busy 'western style' shopping center filled with both international and (some) local brands and a selection of restaurants / fast food places. Close to the city center and the business center of the city it is a great base to explore or work.

The greatest hotel in mumbai
Absolutely out of this world this hotel is a superb choice for anyone coming to Mumbai for a stay our group has been looked after so well the staff and management cannot do enough to help you and make you comfortable while you are here really really would come back here in fact I don’t think there is anywhere else I would stay while in Mumbai it really is that good will definitely return to the St Regis

As usually the best in Mumbai
I wrote an email asking for interconnecting rooms as we were traveling with my 2 year old son. Upon check in they did not have an interconnecting room. For my inconvenience I was given a free room upgrade plus free breakfast. I would like to thank the front office staff for the great customer care rendered to me. A special thanks to the life guards at the pool who organized my son a floater. The hotel has kept its clean environment, great service and amazing breakfast. The location is the best of all.

We stayed in a king double room with three people. All amenities are prepared just for two. I asked the hotel to bring an extra amenity, and they brought many towels, slippers, and water bottles. The people was nice, service was great, but was a little bit too much :)

Fantastic luxury hotel, amazing service *****
Loved staying at this hotel. Very clean and comfortable, staff went beyond expectations with a particular shout out to Dhanraj :) Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mumbai. Breakfast is outstanding and location is good for close by restaurants and bars we wanted to go to and also not too far from main tourist spots.

Sensational all around.
Truly breathtaking quality of service and the staff have been nothing short of excellent. Food has been sensational too! Chef Aparup and the entire wait staff at the Seven kitchens were incredible! Even the quality of the room after the initial issue with the flush and lights (which resulted in changing the rooms) was exceptional! Overall, I was very very satisfied and can’t wait for my next stay at St. Regis.
