OK in Navi Mumbai
We had come for a reason and stayed two days. On the first day, we tried the to-go breakfast and were disappointed. On day 2, we did wanted a late check-out (for 2pm) and they annoyed us by 1pm. We explained the reason and they were apologetic for rushing us out. We tried avoiding to tell them the reason to avoid this in the first place.

Its OK. Chaotic restaurant service and the billing was sporadic. Frequent power cuts. Terrible in room control system and TV package was poor for english language.

Good hotel in Navi Mumbai
This is a nice hotel in an office/tech part in Mumbai. The rooms are nice, up to date, and clean. The amenities and food are good. Overall a good place to stay when doing business in the area!

Navi Mumbai meetings
We used the hotel for meetings with a supplier who is based in Mumbai. The hotel was comfortable and clean and all the staff helpful and friendly. The food at the hotel was good although we were unable to try out the bar owing to the General Elections. They even removed alcohol from the room's mini bars! The meeting rooms were ok, but are located on the Mezzanine which was probably built as an after-thought - if you're over 6' tall, watch out for the ceiling and projections from it! Nice pool, and large rooms, but the local area doesn't have much going for it. There are a couple of restaurants, an ATM and a few shops aimed mainly at the local people who live near this business park. A taxi ride to central Mumbai or the airport takes 50 minutes or so depending on the time of day, and if you don't have a taxi service account like Uber, be prepared to pay three times the going rate for the hotel transport service.

Perfect business hotel
Very good hotel and good food. Not much in the area but if you are in that area for business and just need a good place to stay with great WiFi then this is an excellent choice.

Great hotel and restaurant but beware the Wi-Fi.
Rooms were of a good size and very clean. Had a couple of maintenance issues but these were fixed once brought to the attention of the very helpful staff. Golden Jade restaurant was great and would recommend the off-menu home style chicken curry. Wi-Fi was terrible during peak hours of 7-10am and 8-11pm which made business difficult.

Nice and Comfortable except for...
Its a good location though hard to find the first time if drivers dont use a sat nav. It has multiple restaurants, though slightly pricey and the food is a bit bland. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. The room is comfortable with ironing board, iron, etc, etc. Two things that spoiled the experience was that everyday the staff checked with me about the checkout times. Also, there is a hotel car available for drop off but since I did not book directly with them, I had to pay if I needed to use that. This is very strange and I have never encountered anywhere.

Relaxing & comfortable
Great location, service, amenities. Amazing comfort of room which included a massage chair. This room makes you feel at ease & stress free. The room also had a washer so you can wash, but bring your own soap as they do not provide that there.

Im Hotel erwartet die Gäste ein ausgezeichneter Service und Komfort, beides ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die einzige Einschränkung ist die Lage (Millenium Business Park), es gibt fußläufig keine Möglichkeit, die Umgebung oder Mumbai zu erkunden.

Its an ADA and not a RamADA proper.
The room was nice, and the housekeeping was very prompt ! The couple of pointers below were my observations from my stay there. 1. If you love your cigarettes, then this hotel is not for you as the rooms are non-smoking ones. You will need to come to the smoking zone next to the pool where there are only two chairs and on a couple of days there was only one !; or at the entrance to the hotel. 2. The staff especially at the restaurant, don't acknowledge your greetings nor do they smile. In fact I just met two of them who were positive and made the visit to the restaurant worthwhile. One was a junior chef and the other was a young in room dining steward who come to my mind. The others are just stone cold. 3. The Quality of the in room dining menu leaves a lot to be desired and not worth the exorbitant price they fleece you for. 4. The greeting of the Manager at the restaurant during breakfast buffet; is a charade as he /they are more in a tearing hurry to get your room number first ! Very Clinical ! 5. The laundry charges are absolutely ridiculous: I mean if you were to give a "couple" of - shirts, trousers, socks, briefs, one will be looking at a "charge" of around Rs. 1100/ + ! 6. This property is more hype and in no way reflects in service the brand that it endorses ! 7. The security at the entrance greets you first with a hand held scanner; now come on, where is the hospitality in all this; and am still clueless as to what where they looking for ?!
