My need was a place to stay from late afternoon to departure 04:30 next morning. Arriving from city/New Delhi - sign posting to find the place/reception is inadequate. Apparently Niranta have three(?) structures are DEL. 1) OUTside, the terminal building 2) INside the terminal building - but BEFORE check in counters. NB security officers et the entrance to the terminal bldg disallow passenger entry to the terminal until -4hrs before departure). 3) INSIDE after check in, security clearance and immigration (I neither looked for this or saw it - I was in No1, outside.) Room #303 has a squeaky valve on the water tank for the suspended WC. It becomes a problem as there is a leak thus calling water feed every 10 to 20 seconds, so do not expect to sleep until fixed, regardless of how tired you are.The leak is seeping onto the floor at the joint where wall and floor meet. Needs attention. If you want to burn time watching a movie/series - download in your language, unless you are fluent in Hindi. All TV channels are in Hindi Displayed food menu is limited. If you know other held on the menu from the other structure where the kitchen is - ask, and they kindly still serve it.

Attention aux tarifs des taxis !!!!!
Hôtel très confortable situé dans l’aéroport Le seul bémol est que lorsqu’il faut rejoindre l’autre terminal on est accompagné par une personne de l’hôtel à la station de taxi et là on se fait «voler » par le responsable de la station de taxi.... Pas le temps de discuter car un avion à prendre.... Pas très agréable comme expérience

TRES BIEN
Très bonne solution pour une arrivée tardive à Mumbai. Excellent confort, chambre très bien isolée du point de vue sonore bien que petites en superficie. Bon petit déjeuner buffet, chaines TV en anglais, bonne climatisation dans ces petites chambres sans fenêtre.

Pratique mais décevant
La chambre même si elle est très propre et la décoration soignée, mais elle ressemble à une cellule sans fenêtre. La chambre est toute petite et sans aucun placard même pour accrocher son manteau. Le personnel est adorable. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel international.

La réception a tenté de me faire repayer la nuit sous prétexte qu'ils ne retrouvaient pas ma réservation. Puis au check out a tenté de me rendre trop peu sur le paiement des conso de minibar. Prix trop chers et tentatives de faire payer encore plus: dans cet hôtel on est un portefeuille.

Personnel aimable mais hôtel plutôt minable
L'hôtel présente bien de premier abord, la décoration semble soignée mais il ne faut pas trop s'attarder sur les détails : les chambres sont bruyantes (klaxons de la rue), surtout quand les fenêtres ne ferment pas, les meubles sont souvent rafistolés, la salle de bain est douteuse, et il m'a fallu solliciter la réception pour obtenir du papier toilette et une serviette de toilette (apportés dans les 5 minutes, il est vrai). Il n'y a pas de salle de restauration, c'est room service même pour le petit déjeuner.

J’avais réservé une chambre premium de 35 m2 avec Queen bed. J’ai eu la chambre 115 qui faisait environ 15 m2 avec un lit simple. J’ai pourtant bien payé le prix de la chambre premium. Comme si cela ne suffisait jamais pas, je n’ai pas dormi de la nuit : concierge qui par le à d’autres clients comme en pleine journée, insonorisation inexistante (bruits de canalisations, cris venant du hall de l’aéroport, voisin qui met son déodorant ou qui se brosse les dents, ...) Bref un cauchemar. Une heure après la réception de la chambre, le temps de me connecter à internet pour vérifier ma réservation en ligne, j’ai signalé ne pas avoir eu la chambre réservée. Le lendemain matin, j’ai parlé des soucis d’insonorisation. La seul réponse que j’ai eu à toutes mes questions et remarques a été “Sorry for the inconvenience” (désolé pour le désagrément). Fuyez cette hôtel.

Guest was not happy with the room which was given, as only that room was available at the same . Guest had faced noise issues in the same room and not got the proper response for the wi-fi as well, hence given negative feedback.

Good value if you are in transit and require the basics. Air Conditioning was top notch! Clean, comfortable bed, mostly quiet depending where they place you, and affordable. My wife raved about the foot massage she received in the spa. Note, you are limited to dining options of hotel restaurant and limited options of the entrance of the arrival hall.

You always have to wait at gate for somebody to come and pick you which in my case took them 25 mins. There was only person at check in to address 20 people who were trying to check in. Room has mosquitoes. They will wake you early morning regarding your checkout time. Not staying at this hotel again

To start, I arrived after midnight. I didn't stay in the “main” hotel so I have no idea where 5 stars begin. My room was in the “overflow” hotel in the back. My suitcases in tow, only to be greeted by the utmost unfriendly, non-verbal security personnel. The property out there was unkempt, side of a garage of sorts, and eerie. As a smoker I had to turn over my lighter, presumably so I didn’t smoke in my room? The room: smallest room I’ve ever slept in. No problem- Dusty.. okay, no problem.. no wash clothes? My goodness this is becoming a nightmare. One should not have to ask for basic necessities. I’d like to add, the food was AMAZING! Exceeded all expectations.

Hotel staff does not pick up the phone. Why is this important? Airport security will not let you in without an escort from the hotel. We spend a good 1 hour trying to call the front desk. Finally someone answered and we were escorted.

The directions we were given for the hotel took us to a completely different building. We were put in much older building than the main hotel. The building had no licenced bar despite the website stating it did have one. We needed a "permit" to get in and out of the hotel but we were not told about this. It was a comlete shambles, with no information. Our bedroom could be described as tired at the best. We would never have stayed had we been aware of this.

Staff is so so. They behave like they have no competition which is correct! Rooms are small but decent. AC in the room operated on only one setting - high. Could not even reset to off or low setting. Rooms are small but comfortable. Bathrooms are clean. Getting to the arrival or departure areas is 10-15 mts

It was great to find a 3-4 star facilities within the T2 International Airport in Mumbai . Having landed at the Hotel at 2 AM and leaving at 9 Am ( 7 hours ) it was really satisfying to have a stretched leg on a bed to catch a sleep and get ready quickly to take the next flight in the morning without having to undertake any transportation to and fro from the Airport was very convenient. room was great with most amenities one would expect and so was the bathroom . Neat and clean . The Hotel also offered Breakfast and buffet dining options but we could not utilise the facility as we had to rush for next Flight. In one word it was great BUT a bit more pricey (One night was A$ 245) which was a bit overboard for the convenience it offered .

We had an early morning flight and decided to stay at Niranta the night before. We've always had a positive experience when staying here after landing at Mumbai airport. Using this airport the night before flying out is convenient. Getting into the hotel is tricky. You have to call the front desk to send you a porter. Likewise, getting to the check-in counter on the day of your flight means going out of the hotel and taking an elevator up to the check in area (there was not an inside approach). The hotel staff is super helpful though, and it was not a terrible inconvenience. The room was nice and comfortable. The shower felt good before the long journey back home.
