Bel hôtel,manquant pas beaucoup pour l'excellence
Positif : hôtel bien entretenu. personnel compétent sauf au petit déjeuner ou il est vite dépassé lorsqu'il y a affluence. Négatif : pas grand chose si ce n'est climatisation trop poussé, apportez un pull si vous ne voulez pas attraper froid dans les parties communes et restaurants. Piscine en travaux, élément non mentionné lors de la réservation donc il n'a pas été possible de l'utiliser

Very nice hotel, close to Airport. Hotel team is kind and very dedicated. There are good restaurants too. Very good quality/cost ratio.

Excellent Hotel, no hesitation.
I am used to stay in this hotel for more than 20 years now, I have tried all the surroundings hotels closed to Airport and I will definitely put the ITC on the top of all. First the service is really excellent, the "Dum Pusht" is known to be one of the very best Indian cuisine in all Mumbai.

pour un séjour près de l'aéroport
cet hôtel est un havre de paix lorsque l'on a des rendez vous professionnnels à Mumbai- dommage que le wifi soit limité en nombre d'appareil connecté, pas toujours évident si l'on est deux dans la chambre. le personnel est aux petits soins, il y a parfois des erreurs mais tout le monde s'emploit à faire en sorte que le séjour se passe idéalement- un grand merci au concierge qui est de très bon conseil le restaurant pan Asian propose un homard exceptionnel , bravo

Rude Customer Service (specially at the Concierge desk Mr. Nilgiri), despite of 3rd person's accommodation was paid through Expedia they did not provided sleeping bed, on top that asking for more money at the check-in counter. Secondly, this place is crowded by the local people hosting their parties in hotels banquets hall making extra chaotic. Not the place of peace. Rooms are average.

The property was pretty decent, but our room was very moldy. Upon entry in our room we smelled mold and for the two days that we were there we did not have enough towels even though we asked multiple times and there was a damp scent that lingered in the room. The bathroom door didn’t close properly so there was always water on the floor even though we tried our best to keep it dry. I will say the buffet is excellent and the servers at the restaurant Peshawar were very friendly.

Property was very dirty and poorly maintained, more like a 2 star place. Staff scammed us with a taxi deal saying there were no other options. Don’t stay here.

Beautiful airport area hotel
The hotel is located next to the airport. I got a quiet corner room, and requested a late check out. They let me stay until 3pm. My room was very spacious and elegant, the bed and pillow were comfortable and the blackouts were great, no light came in.

Beautiful hotel close to the airport. Fantastic food and facilities. Staff however at the restaurant were slow and had to be reminded of orders which was frustrating.

They need to change their name to business hotel and not mention luxury for the sake of it. The service is horrible. Expect the person that helped with the check out , all the staff were very to the point no warmth or customer service orientation. The shower in the bathroom was clogging and the hairdryer is a 100 year old. At breakfast no one cared to ask if we needed something. There was no water on the table , no cutlery etc. I was hoping for a much better experience from a brand and pricing as theirs

What a bad team there. 1) Only 1 un-sealed water bottle in the room - at time - if you want a refill - they will take that bottle first and replace it with another un-sealed water bottle. 2) What a bad and seemingly discrimiative approach at Peshawari - are 2 people NOT allowed to dine-in. Is that too small to ask for. 3) We asked to make a reservation for us 8:45 PM on 01 Oct - Mr Satyanaayan declines entry, asks us to wait elsewhere and not in front of the outlet, does not call back for the table, upon this discriminative approach - asks us to call whoever made our reservation there. 4) Peshawari cannot get worst in its offering / approach to diners. 5) Upon approaching other team mates of the outlet - Mr Satyanarayan intervenes and does not allow me to speak - like a street fight.
