Un belle hotel mais vieillot et encadré par des cadres incapable de gerer une armees’ de personnel qui battent l air... bilan... un cafouillage enorme dans le service . Quant a la piscine ... je comptais pas l utiliser, elle est devenu le decor de la salle de restauration.. ce qui me donne un peu le sentiment de duperie ... !!! Bref ca aurait pu etre genial , c’est juste ben moyen ..

Le personnel de service est très bien, le restaurant très correct .mais la dame générale managers avec sont gros ventre à l’aIt est épouvantable au moment du payment leur appareil américain express ne marchait pas ,je n’avais pas d’autre moyen de paiement . Elle m’a Humilié devant la clientèle de l’hôtel menacé de pas me laisser partir J’ai dû faire appel à une amie à moi pour ne pas être séquestré. «alors que ma carte marchait parfaitement » en arrivant à l’aéroport j’ai failli rater mon avion à cause de cela. Au global je ne retournerai pas dans cette hôtel en plus très loin du centre-ville. Je ne vous recommande pas . Thierry pietu

Je ne conseil pas cet hotel. Les chambres sentent mauvais l'humidité, les serviettes sentent mauvais, chambre sans oxygenes et j'en passe. Bien que certaines membres du personnels soient super, c'est à dire 3 je ne conseil pas cet hotel

Seul point positif : Service gratuit de transfert de et vers l'aéroport (Environ 10/15 minutes). Rien de bien à dire sur le reste : Forte odeur de moisi dans les chambres, draps, oreillers et serviettes humides, aucune rénovation de l'hôtel depuis de nombreuses années, propreté douteuse, douche qui arrose partout sauf là où il faut... Vu le prix, allez n'importe où ailleurs!

très décue de cet hotel assez cher et finalement peu propre, voire peu sympathique. Tapis sale dans la chambre, odeurs... personnel très en attente de bonnes mains etc. Pisicne inutilisable... peu éclairée, au centre du restaurant (voyagions ave cenfant de 8 ans) ... J'ai de loin préféré le Residency pas très loin. Avions besoin d'un hotel proche de l'aéroportà cause de notre avion à 6h du matin... ils ont oublié de nous réveiller... pour le rapport qualité/prix il y en a d'autres...

The rooms are very outdated. No ventilation in bathrooms. When you go to have a shower, the entire bathroom ceiling and the outside ceiling around the bathroom is wet ands damp. There were flies coming out of the drain in the bathroom and at one point there were worms coming out of the bathroom sink. We got the room changed but the a/c in the second room was not cooing the room at all. For a hotel that boast themselves as a 4 star hotel don't have basic amenities like fridge and safe. Even the tv is so old that it does not even have a power off button!! I would not even dream to stay at this hotel not just in mumbai but also other locations if they have one! Too bad I don't have the option to post pics on this site. But I'm surely going to post it on Google.

Never Again!
The staff here are really nice. Unfortunately that's the only positive thing about this place! The hotel is under renovation. There is no bar! There is no Swimming pool. The whole place looks like something from the 1980's. My room was to put it bluntly horrible. Run down and tired looking. See the photos. They are extremely dated and items like cupboard doors and drawers are sticky and hard to open. On top of that the safe didn't work either! That wasn't the worst thing though. By far the worst thing was the humidity in the room. Air conditioning ON or off made no difference what so ever. Off actually slightly improved the situation. On or off you felt "wet and sticky". Your clothes feel damp, the bedding feels damp. This is obviously a hotel wide thing as dehumidifiers are in the corridors! It's unpleasant to say the least. An update on this. I've come home and my wife whilst putting my washing in the machine commented on how much my clothes smelt of damp!! On one occasion the room door didn't lock. The staff were "it's OK, we fix" but even so, I had to go to work and leave my room unlocked! Breakfast is "different". One day due to work commitments I had to get my breakfast at 7 am. This is a standard time in any hotel. Not this one! I ended up with cold beans, cold sausages and like warm potatoes. There were no staff at all. I was told it was my fault as breakfast starts at 7.30 am!! Choose this hotel if you want. However if you do a little more searching you will find

The property is definitely not worth the 4 star class of hotels ...it needs major renovayion they need to work on major reapirs of the hotel to make it look new clean and crsip and pleaaurable for the guests ! the staff is very friendly and cooperative and do deserve a 10 star 🌟

Pathetic check in experience
Check in experience was pathetic. Arrived at the hotel past midnight and they claimed to not have received the booking from hotels.com and asked me to pay again. We finally agreed that they would block the amount on my credit card until they received confirmation from hotels.com. I got a call at 5am saying hotels.com had responded and there was an issue in the booking system somewhere.

Hotel rooms are dated, but service is excellent. So, a good deal for the price. When you arrive, looks like a very fine hotel, and the lobby and service are great. Room was comfortable and fine. Hallways are dated and rough, but who cares about that?
