Although it's a new property, it is in a poor state of repair. The quality of furnishing in the rooms, especially in the bathrooms, is not worthy of a 4/5-star hotel. Service at the front desk is ok. However, service at breakfast, although polite, is very unprofessional and utterly slow. I had the breakfast and dinner package included, and the quality and variety of food were mediocre at best. When I was checking out, they probably installed a new lift. It had plastic coverings on it, but no one bothered to clean the dirty hand prints and oil marks from the installation process before making the lift operational. Overall, the vibe is that of a 3-star hotel at the best. They don't even have a cloakroom. They will take care of your luggage, but it is kept open in front of the concierge desk - very unsightly. The manager did offer me a free ride to the airport, but as I was travelling to another part of Mumbai, they were not happy to help - not that it mattered. I really hope they improve.

I loved the hotel, it's facilities and in general the excellent customer service. Breakfast and dinner buffets are acceptable but it could be better, few options and not really variety.

Excellent quality and brand new hotel, super comfortable bed. Very quiet room. Brilliant staff (and I've stayed in a lot of Indian hotels).Super convenient for the airport, but worth staying for longer trips too.

Convenient to get to BKC. A new hotel - clean and bright. Occasional cruise, tour groups crowd the hotel and dining rooms but usually quiet with the airline crews and regular guests. Staff is very attentive, approachable. Huge shout out to Harshal, Zovi, Kishor and Naveen for making our dining and stay comfortable. Has a great gym and pool. For dining options, go with the buffet.

Aurika in Skycity Mumbai is a spectacular new hotel with great ambience. Our room was furnished beautifully with appropriate places to keep our “things” for quick easy access. The property itself was fantastic. For that alone we would stay at the same hotel again. However, I wish there was staff designated to help travelers with guidance for the local area. There were a lot of staff around - but they were not efficient. The staff needs to be trained to help foreigners with basic information. That is the only thing that disappointed me. Other than that, it is a very clean and beautiful hotel.

The service was terrible for a 5 start hotel. When we said we needed a glass to put room it took them 1.5 hours to give us the glass. We stayed there for 3 days, asked for towel took them 1 hour. Apparently they said they are short on staff. I understand but that’s not what you tell someone who is paying 600 bucks for 3 days.

Convenient location between Bandra terminus and international airport. Spotlessly clean, well staffed. Very helpful baggage assistance service as we had 12+ bags with us. Affordable and would definitely use again in near future
