A welcoming, open-plan layout complete with a fully equipped kitchen and eight-seater dining table provides plenty of space to cook and enjoy meals. Guests can also fire up the BBQ and dine alfresco on the patio before settling in with a movie in the cosy lounge area.
Whether you're visiting Mudgee with friends or family, this stylish, newly built townhouse has everything needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. Just moments from restaurants, wineries and local attractions, you will enjoy returning to relax with loved ones at this home-away-from-home.

Guests are welcomed to Huxley House via a light-filled entrance, where a cosy armchair and table lamp offer a peaceful reading nook. Kick back with a movie in the main living area featuring an open-plan layout complete with a smart TV and two sofas, which can also be set up to sleep two children on request. Cook up a feast in the fully equipped kitchen, which has all the essentials needed including a fridge, oven, stove, and microwave, and other basics such as pots, pans and utensils. Choose between casual seating at the breakfast bar or a spacious eight-seater table to enjoy meals together. Should you want to make use of the BBQ and dine alfresco, an undercover patio offers seating overlooking the grassy, pet-friendly backyard.

Four thoughtfully furnished bedrooms sleep eight guests. Three bedrooms have queen-size beds, while a fourth bedroom has two king singles. Split system air-conditioning throughout the home ensures guests are comfortable year-round.

The master bedroom features a contemporary ensuite with a large overhead shower and a modern vanity, while the main bathroom has a luxurious freestanding bathtub where guests can indulge in a relaxing soak. You’ll also find all the essentials including soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer. Other conveniences include Wi-Fi, laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer, secure parking for one car on the premises and free street parking 24/7.

Fancy a local treat or preparing for a Friday night arrival? We offer grazing boxes and breakfast hampers exclusively made for our guests and placed in the fridge before your arrival. This property is very comfortable overall, great having a small grassed area for the toddler of the group to play in. Very clean, communication with property manager excellent. The only thing it really needs is somewhere to hang towels especially when numerous people are staying.

Huxley House is the most comfortable holiday house we've ever stayed at... the house is brand new, spacious, and fitted with all the mod cons that give that extra special 'wow' factor. It's designed beautifully, and really feels like a home (rather than a holiday house). Fabulous location, only a 5 minute walk into Mudgee. Stayed here with my family (children aged 8, 11 & 13) and they were all delighted to have their own bedroom. Kitchen was very well appointed with everything you could need to cook (including sharp knives, which often holiday houses don't have!). Excellent communication from property managers, and seemless check in & check out process. Cannot fault it! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Should we come to Mudgee again would seek out this property. Our only comment was that single beds squeaked when turning over in the night and showers while immaculate had no shelf for soap and personal items.
