« Great location. As others have said, there are no window coverings, however the property is quite secluded. The house only has a dresser/drawers in one bedroom and there are no hanging closets, plan to live out of your suitcases. The underfloor heat cannot keep up with low winter temperatures, expect low sixties inside if the outside temperature drops below 15F. I would not recommend during Jan and Feb. Animals in the attic. « We had a really great stay at Michael's house in Bethal. We travelled with adults and several teenage boys celebrating our son's 17th birthday with a few days skiing at Sunday River. The house had everything we could have needed for 3 adults and 6 teenage boys We cooked all our meals in the kitchen and it is stocked with every dish, utensil, pots, pans and more than enough space. « This is a beautiful new house. We drove up from Mass for the weekend to ski at Sunday river. The house was very clean! Lots of space with 2 family rooms. Kids loved the game room. Things to note, this house is on a dirt road that is basically on a small mountain, the driveway is also steep but not too long. If you go here in the winter you will need AWD. We decided to eat in both nights as we were too exhausted to go out. Andrew good takeout options in the area. Butcher Burger was very good. »

« Very pretty cottage. Everything was very clean and up to date. The steps to the upstairs bedroom were a little hard to maneuver for my husband who has back issues, so we slept on the murphy bed, that was very comfortable. We also would have needed to carry the dogs up the steps. The outdoor area was very nice. We were only there for two nights. Wished we had more time to relax and enjoy. The list of things to do and places to eats was also a nice addition. »

Well located, close by Echo lake, Diana's bath trail and North Conway town. Dawn is easily accessible and answer quickly to your answer! We loved our stay! Great time ! »
