« Booked online through Expedia. There were some additional fees that had to be paid at the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our 2 night stay and recommend this hotel to others in the area. Itâs a newly renovated hotel. We were grateful to find street parking right outside and its free parking after 6 pm until 8 am. Then you either pay through the app or a parking pass with the hotel. « Staff were so nice, and so welcoming also very helpful with explaining where things were. The spa was so relaxing and the ROOM was BEAUTIFUL. I got the sky loft and even the laundry was complimentary.
They have you pay for parking in the lot next door. But youâre not guaranteed to have a spot when you get back because apparently itâs open to the public as well? That was confusing and didnât understand why there was a needed fee. »

« Overall it was fine, to be a luxury hotel like the name says it needs to be clean. The sheets and bed skirt had stains and so did the sofa in the room. The bathroom door had soap scum on it. »

« When we arrived, the room hosted a couch that we thought was eaten by a rodent. It's fake leather and we have been told that all furniture suffered from Covid alcohol rubbing for disinfecting.
But c'mon, this is a Double Tree and it's 2024, four years after Covid, the brand can afford to replace this, it's not a Motel 6.
So now way, not up to Hilton standards. »
