« I cant suggest this hotel. My husband and travel a lot for work and pleasure. The Autograph collection of hotels usually provides a higher level of customer service and a bit of luxury. Sorry to say, the Glass Light in Norfolk is not it. The woman at the desk during checkin was unfriendly and when she assigned us to a second floor room, I asked the chances for one on a higher floor. She immediately got defensive and said the other rooms were not clean yet. When I asked if they would be ready...

Mais si vous avez une voiture très bien : literie de qualité supérieure, canapé lit correct, cuisine bien équipée et propre. Suite spacieuse, hôtel et chambres très propres, piscine intérieure agréable, parking juste en face a prix correct, petit déjeuner avec du choix et dans une salle grande et agréable. Silencieux, climatisation centrale efficae et silencieuse. Un des meilleurs hotels...

« The air conditioing did not work the three nights we stayed. After asking the fromt desk three times for maintenance to come to the room, we found out it was a larger issue for multiple guests, but no real solutions. Maintenance never came to the room. No offer to move us to a room with working a/c or a break on the room cost. »

« Room was nice. Food was good. Parking was easy. Pet stayed and that was fine. Staff was courteous. I would stay again. If I had to make two complaints, one would be the noise from the airport rather the planes were noisy (but you’re at an airport hotel) and secondly, I thought the stay was on the pricier side given the accommodations and the competition prices. But we made late hotel arrangements and got what was left. But, all in all, I would stay again. »

« We made a reservation made for 4 guests for a room with full kitchen. On arrival we had to make numerous trips to the front office to get stuff that was missing in the room. No one will get this to your room, You have to fetch the missing stuff by yourself. We had only dishes for 2, sheets and pillows for 2, no toaster. We were told that the hotel was out of forks and pillows and that we had to wait til monday to address the situation with management. We checked in on a Saturday so we went out...

« J'ai passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel proche de l'aéroport. Hôtel propre, grand chambre avec un coin salon immense. Le lit et les coussins était vraiment très confortable, mas j'ai dû couper la climatisation qui était trop bruyante ! Accueil rapide et efficace pour récupérer la chambre. Déception pour le petit-déjeuner qui était assez rudimentaire, mais il y a des cafés et restaurants à proximité. Voiture nécessaire pour circuler dans les environs. »

« The rooms were terrible. 1st room on second floor had bed bugs! 2nd room on 1st had dirty sheets and poor water pressure, barely came out! 3rd room dirty shower and hole in wall. Connection room very loud, staff did nothing about it until 4am on second stay. Side door was not secured. Can get in without a key, door just opened. WILL NEVER STAY OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WVR AGAIN !!!!!!! »
