We use this hotel as a quick go to option for ourselves and our work crews. It is not opulent, by any means. Rather, it is a basic hotel with professional staff, always clean with a descent breakfast for guests on the run. It is located near several restaurants as well. Mountain Home, in general, is a safe town, so walking to and from shopping or restaurants should not be an. issue for anyone.

Property is under upgrading rooms floor by floor. Supplies and equipment as you would expect for this process. Was also accused of sneaking my dog into the room. I declared her at check in. Lost in the communication. Housekeeping even took pictures of the dog hair on the bed and food and water bowls i left out. Would not leave all this evidence of a dog had i "snuck" her in.

This is a nice hotel for a Quality Inn. Mountain home doesn’t have many options. We have stayed in this hotel several times and look forward to going back each time. It is clean, somewhat updated, the beds are comfortable ( I sleep like a rock there!), the staff is courteous and professional, and the price is always significantly cheaper than other hotels in the area. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Mountain Home.

Breakfast was terrible and beds weren’t queen size as stated. They charged my card without telling me over a mistake. I called and they were very rude about it.

Mr Simpson:I am sorry we did not meet your expectation.Your initial booking was from 12/22 through 12/25. On 25th, after check out time, we found your stuff in your room. As a courtesy, we called you and you stated that there was an error and you will be staying another day. You were told that there will be addition charge for extra day. You called yesterday complaining about the extra charge and said you made your booking in error. We explained to you that may be the case, but we cannot let guest a extra day without any charges. Once we called you, you had an opportunity to come back and vacate the room, but you chose to extend. You got mad and hung up. As far as beds are concerned, they are queen beds. The size is listed on both the the mattress and bed sheets. Quality of breakfast is personal taste but a cursory glance of all the reviews clearly shows guest love our breakfast.Were you expecting a free night?

Very efficient check in. Felt very safe as a single female. Clerk upgraded me to a business suite on an inside hallway. Room was spotless, breakfast was good, and staff was great. Convenient to hospital.

The staff are the nicest people. We will be back in summer to stay again. I even had the manager call me as I left my pajamas in the room after check out. Doesn’t happen in many hotels that. Property was great it’s not set up like the newer quality inns the WiFi while we were there was very slow not shure if it was an isolated issue but I didn’t try to log into it again very clean and the staff was amazing and this property has been well maintained

Very good stay
Very clean. The bed was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good. I would definitely stay again. The surroundings were well lit. Very quiet.
