« We arrived to find that the hotel had no power due to a storm that came through earlier in the day. We were told the power went out around 12:30 pm, and we arrived at 5:30 pm. « The room was fine and I chose this hotel because most of Columbus was booked and what was left was far beyond my budget. I would have no problem staying here again. Only negative was the thumping on the floor from the guest in the room directly above mine. At times, it sounded like they were trying to break through the floor. The hotel was nowhere near being fully booked so I don't know why I had to have someone above me in the first place. »

« The house was clean and smelled amazing!! I especially loved the hand soap in the bathroom. I forgot to find out the brand. Communication with Clint was friendly, quick and efficient. We are new to the vrbo rental system and, though I asked many questions, he was always friendly and patient. Everything worked as it should.
