« Beautiful place right on the lake. Very basic accommodations, we really only slept there. Perfect for what we needed. I had trouble with the television, couldn’t figure it out. We were trying to watch the Celtics playoff game. Emailed the host I didn’t get a response Until the next day. Ironically, in her email, she said “ Don’t hesitate to reach out “ and she was “available 24/7”. We ended up listening to the game. Other than that, we had a great stay. »

« Clean house, accommodating host, nice big porch with TV, nice deck and yard for the dogs. It comes equipped with only the necessities, but it was a comfortable homebase for the week and we enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood on the point is walkable but you have to drive to find a good swimming spot. »

« We loved everything about the property. Definitely would stay again and recommend. Would suggest updating check-in instructions on the VRBO site pertaining to lock on back door. Assuming a new lock has a been installed since directions did not match appearance of lock ( no “screen”, no “checkmark). »

« The Boulders is a gem on Little Squam. A great beach w/ kayaks and canoe and swim out dock as well as boat access if needed. The unit was great - updated w/ small kitchen area and loved the 2 enclosed decks overlooking the lake. We brought a paddleboard of our own (though there are some available on the beach) and had a great time exploring the lake shore. This place is perfect for a fun relaxing getaway to NH Lake country.
