Have you been contemplating a family gathering this year? One where there are activities for young and mature alike? Well, look no further! This wonderful 4 bedroom, 2 full bath home at Suissevale on Winnipesaukee has it all! Imagine waking up and relaxing on the large deck while sipping that first morning cup of coffee while the rest of the group slumbers. Once they wake, you can all take a nice, flat stroll to the beautiful Suissevale beach for some sunbathing or a refreshing dip in the lake. At lunchtime, head back to the house to barbecue some burgers and dogs then challenge the rest of the group to a rousing game of corn-hole before going back to the beach for the afternoon. After dinner, you’ll want to head to Starley’s, the neighborhood ice cream shop just down the street from Suissevale, for an evening cone (or sundae – we don’t judge). When you return, you’ll spend your evening reconnecting and laughing about the hyjinx of the day while indulging in a s’more (or two – again, we don’t judge) while gathered around one of the two fire pits (one in the front of the house and one in the back). 4 comfy bedrooms offer plenty of sleeping for up to 8 with every bedroom having a window A/C. PLEASE NOTE: As of 2022, the Suissevale Association no longer allows tenant use of the association beach on Saturdays. Instead, the property owner will provide a beach pass to the nearby State’s Landing Beach for guest use. Parking is available at State’s Landing Beach. Guests are able to enjoy the Suissevale Association beach on all other days during their stay except Saturday.
LINENS: Please note: Sheets and towels are not included with this rental. If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $125. Towel packages are $12 per person and include 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. Please let us know at time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.
