Natural cedar shakes waterfront on Lake Winnipesaukee

Located next door to the historic Camp Winaukee and nestled in the woods, this cedar-shingled lake house has vaulted ceilings and a large picture window that provides breathtaking views of Lake Winnipesaukee and the surrounding Ossipee Mountains. All 3 bedroom have comfortable queen beds. The master suite includes lake views and a private bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the opposite end of the house adjacent to a spacious full bathroom. This home has central A/C! Outside, the lawn spills over to a cozy lakeside fire pit with ample seating for 5. The Lakefront is incredibly peaceful, sited with a "no wake zone" directly in front of the property. The property includes a private sand beach and dock that can accommodate (2) boats up to 22 feet in length each.

PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO STOVE OR OVEN WITH THIS PROPERTY. The property does have a two-burner hot plate and quality toaster oven. There is a propane gas grill included.

Please note: Sheets and towels are NOT INCLUDED with this rental. If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $75.00. Towel packages are $12.00 per person. Please let us know at the time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.
