This stunning Lake Winnipesaukee waterfront home comfortably sleeps 15 people, including children. The 3000 sq. ft. property features 4 bedrooms (including a large primary bedroom suite on the first floor) and 3 bathrooms in the main house. Tucked away in the separate guest house is two queen beds and a twin sofa bed, and yet another full bathroom. What a sanctuary for late-night whispered secrets!

This lake home has all the comforts of modern living, including internet, cable, washer/dryer upstairs and downstairs, and updated appliances in the kitchen. There is a brand-new water filtration system, 4-zone A/C in the main house and a split A/C unit in the guest house.

The property features a large sand beach and southwest exposure to enjoy beautiful sunsets from the dock. There are two single kayaks, one double kayak and two paddle boards waiting for your enjoyment! There is also a public boat launch about 100 yards from the property for very easy access to launch your boat. If you plan to rent a boat, there are several marinas in the area. An Aquaglide Bouncer Raft has been installed off the private dock and is available for guest use!

The real star of this home is straight out of your dreams – a covered open-air entertainment room right at the water's edge! Imagine using the high-end Lynx appliances for making those amazing family meals, and sharing those meals at the dining island and the table that accommodates 12.
