Hôtel très pratique avec parking
+ personnel serviable et gentil ++ parking devant l'hôtel +++ très bien situé et pratique si vous voyagez en voiture. L'hôtel se trouve à 10min à pieds du vieux pont - la chambre mériterait un nettoyage un peu plus minutieux - un duvet plutot qu'un simple drap en guise de couveture - manque une cafetière/bouilloire dans la chambre pour un hôtel 4☆

Fint hotel - men ikke fire stjerner værdigt
Dejligt hotel med et godt værelse. Det ligger tæt på byen, hvilket var super skønt. Desværre fik vi ingen information om, at hverken hammam eller saunaen virkede. Fitness åbner også først kl. 9 om morgenen, så hvis man gerne vil træne tidligt før morgenmad, er dette lidt svært.

Eden Hotel was beautiful. The room that we had was spacious and it had an amazing terrace that overlooked the city. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Included parking was very convenient.

The rooms at this hotel were very nice and modern. The beds were very comfortable and I have to say we had the best night sleep in the two weeks we had been traveling around the area! We also had an amazing view of the city and the staff was very kind and helpful. One thing to note is that the entrance to the hotel was complicated. Our GPS didn't give great directions of the area and we ended up circling behind the hotel through very narrow, steep streets. And while the hotel is not far from Stari Most, the path there wasn't very well lit or we might have walked there in the evening. Also, when we checked out we learned that there was a mini bar we could have used. Look for it as it is well hidden!

Great location
The hotel was nice and had spaces rooms, but we expected a coffee maker in the room. The breakfast was not 4 star… it was very simple. The location was perfect if you want to see the bridge, and the service was good.

The location to the bridge was great. It was a bit of a walk b/c it was downhill and then uphill very doable. The staff was helpful. Room was very clean and we had a very comfortable stay. The heated floors in the bathroom was great!

Got upgraded to an absolutely stunning room. Even without the upgrade, for the price we paid this place is absolutely amazing value, especially with the free parking and breakfast. The breakfast is fine - it’s nothing amazing, but for the price of the room it more than does the job. The location is great, walking distance to everything you need to see in Mostar. Didn’t have time to use the pool sadly, but it looked beautiful. Will definitely return if back in Mostar.

Unsere Erwartungen wurde vollends erfüllt. Die Suite ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Durch die Lage gibt es einen schönen Blick auf die Stadt, welche in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss gut erreichbar ist. Das Zimmer war sauber. Einziger Abstrich bei der Dusche, welche etwas defekt aber funktionstüchtig war. Der Service war freundlich. Die gebuchte Medic Massage war gut und auch hier wieder ein tolles Preis - Leistungsverhältnis. Das Hotel kann also mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfohlen werden.

This has got to be perhaps the best run hotel which I have stayed at in Bosnia, and I travel frequently for business. Everything was perfect from packing, check-in, breakfast, and the Spa staff all of which were courteous and friendly. The dry sauna and Turkish steam bath were spotless, as was the pool. Very good value for money, right off the main highway, but only a short walk to the old bridge! I would be happy to stay here again!

The Eden Hotel was probably the nicest hotel in Mostar. Unfortunately, it was very clean, the room smelled like smoke and the bed and pillows weren’t very comfortable. The free buffet breakfast was appreciated and the staff were friendly.

Great place in touching distance of Stari Most
Hotel is incredibly modern and well equipped and a short distance to Stari Most. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and my only gripe was that the swimming pool was out of action and the ‘double room’ was two single beds!

In Mostar ist grundsätzlich die Suche nach einem Tophotel schwierig. Das Eden Hotel Spa ist preisgünstig und insofern kann man nicht zu viel erwarten. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und im Spa kann man sogar Haare schneiden... 5 Euro, 5 Minuten, das haben wir auch gemacht. Beim Essen im Fastfoodinterieur muss man keine kulinarischen Höhenflüge erwarten, jedoch eine gute bosnische Wurst mit Trockenfleisch und verschiedenen Käsen oder sonst ein Fetzen Fleisch kann man durchaus kriegen.

Sehr tolles Hotel nahe der Altstadt
Das ist ein tolles Hotel in der Nähe der Altstadt. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut, Es gab einen Relaxbereich mit Pool. Für Rollstuhlfahrer ist das Hotel zwar geeignet, jedoch ist der Weg zur Altstadt mit dem Rollstuhl fast unmöglich. (Starke Steigung/Treppen). Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

I was injured unfortunately in Mostar and I was having trouble with my knee and the owner help me get a prescription and even some crutches. He definitely went out of his way to help us and the staff at the hotel was fantastic. Btw the view is amazing. You just have to wind your way through narrow streets to get there. Other than that it is a fantastic little hotel and the food and service was great.

Meget lækkert hotel med rigtig flot view ud over byen. Placeret i gåafstand fra den gamle by, men er slet ikke muligt hvis du har barnevogn med eller mindre børn. Dårlig gående vil også have svært ved alle trapperne ned til byen og op igen. Er man i bil kan man parkere ved Mariotts P-plads 300m fra den gamle by. Morgenmaden var lækker, poolen var lækker (dog rimelig kold). Personalet var meget venligt. Kan uden tvivl anbefale det og kommer gerne tilbage igen.
