The room and the amenities are excellent. Love the floor, the marvelous bed, the shower and all the equipment, dishes and utensils to be able to fix a meal or heat/re-heat food in the room. Well done, fantastically fixed up and cared for. Great staff.

Hotel was extremely comfortable with best breakfast we have had. But most important, was the kindness and caring of the staff! We have stayed here previously, and at both visits, the staff went above and beyond to help us! I could cite many examples of their kindness, ,caring and great hospitality. Nice and quiet, beautiful, and convenient area. Front desk greeters were both wonderful. Bed was very comfortable. Noisy fridge was absolutely soothing and helped me sleep. Breakfast was outstanding! So many choices of hot and cold foods.

I don't leave reviews very often, but this place impressed both my husband and me so much. Was very well decorated, had very nice staff, and a wonderful breakfast (that didn't close until 10 a.m.) with lots of extras that most hotels don't have. Room was spacious, bed was comfortable and we were even given a later checkout time so we could dress for a funeral we were attending. If I'm ever back in Moses Lake, this is the hotel for me!

Very nice but the breakfast food was not very warm. We couldn’t eat it. Eggs were cold and so were the sausages. We enjoyed the other food items. A bit noisy, walls are thin. We were woken up at 6:30am by the room beside us arguing.

No hot water in my original room; but it was discovered by the time I got there and they upgraded me for my convenience. Good breakfast with more options than I had anticipated.

The property is very clean both inside and out! The staff were very helpful and accommodating. My only complaints were in regards to my actual room. First our sink had a drainage issue so I couldn’t leave it running for longer than enough to do quick handwashing. Second our bathroom was so small! It was like an airplane restroom. And my last complaint was that our room didn’t have any curtains/blinds there was a clear window cover but no blackout curtains or anything to block any outside light throughout the night and morning. Other than those slight issues, the room was very spacious and nice.

This hotel has. Even our stop off on our way to Montana for the last 7 years. It’s a diamond in the rough. Reasonably priced, competent staff, clean and comfortable.

The room was great and the breakfast met expectations. The fitness room was a major disappointment: of the four machines in the room, one half were out of order. As well, the tv was unavailable because the remote controller had been removed.

So sorry, Raymond. You did catch us waiting on parts to be delivered necessary to fix our exercise machines. They will be up and running shortly. We are glad that you enjoyed the rest of your stay. Hopefully we will see you again! (Also, next time you stay, be sure to ask about getting a pass for South Campus Athletic Club up the road from us. They are our sister property and one of the biggest gyms in grant county.)

We checked in for two nights and the TV did not work, but as soon as we told the front desk they moved us to a better room and over all we had a great experience. It is nice to feel comfortable being away from home. Thank you!

Best free hotel breakfast I have ever had! In addition to the usual cold options, there were multiple delicious hot dishes: 3 kinds of sausages, scrambled eggs, potatoes, biscuits & sausage gravy, and waffles. Room was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

We appreciate your feedback, Thomas. Our staff does do a really good job at making guests feel at home, I am pleased to hear they stood out. As for our facilities, we do a fairly decent job at keeping up with renovations and making adjustments when necessary. For example, last year we gutted all bathrooms in the older wing of the hotel and installed beautifully tiled walk-in showers with glass doors in each of them. We hope you were able to enjoy it while with us:)
