Great, cozy “motel style” hotel in the heart of Morro Bay. Walkable to downtown, the beach, Embarcadero, etc. The property sent multiple texts during my stay checking in, offering maid service, and clearly explaining check out. They also offered light snacks at check in for those of us in town for Ironman. Would stay here again.

This is the third time that I’ve stayed at this hotel and it has been great every time. It’s easy to check-in, find a parking spot, and to walk to nearby restaurants. It’s close to some very cute coffee shops and bars. I have really enjoyed every stay.

Nice and clean. Easy walk to Main Street and the embarcadaro (although it’s a bit of an uphill walk back). Our room had a view of Morro Rock which was a pleasant surprise. Nice to have a cup of coffee on the patio. Beds were surprisingly comfortable for a hotel! Definitely will stay again.

There’s a liquor store right across the property which was very convenient for us. It’s very walkable to every where, The room was very spacious and clean, a nice place to stay ! We’ll come back for sure, the check in was very fast too.

The staff is great & friendly. I got the room over the great ratings but it didn’t meet my expectations. Don’t pay extra for the ocean view because you’re not getting one! I also didn’t think the room was super clean like other people state. Maybe I caught housekeeping on an off day. The beds are super comfortable, but you can hear everything from the other rooms & outdoors.

It's not fancy but very nice and conveniently located. Has everything you need and extremely clean and nice I like that there is a table and chairs Also the bed was extremely comfortable! Slept great.

This hotel has all the basics, it is very clean and is conveniently located for walking to many of the highlights of Morro Bay.

The hotel is cute, clean, affordable. Even though I have a ground level room, I could see the top part of Morro Rock from my room. It was nice having a fenced in patio with furniture and a sliding glass door. I travel with my dog and they are very accommodating to dogs. You get a goodie bag, there’s a dog wash station and there is grass in front. The room was comfy, modern, and there are a few good spots to grab food or drinks close by

If you are looking for a Clean Comfortable room this is it! We have stayed probably a dozen times, we only live an hour away, and it doesn’t disappoint. It is a no frills hotel but the rooms are always clean and the beds are comfortable and it’s a great value. It is walking distance to the beach and shops, we did it today, we will stay each time we are in the area and don’t feel like driving home.

Toilet leaks so it continues to run every 20-30 minutes. the fridge is very loud when running. the room was clean and bed was comfortable but too much noise.
