It is a quiet place at a quiet town. The staffs are hospitable. The room is clean but the facilities are a little bit old, You need to bear the noise generated by the air conditioner, other things are good maybe is one of the best choice when you want to stay at Morro Bay.

Staff was so accommodating and friendly.Rooms are immaculate,very clean and lovely.Thank you so much.Pet friendly too.$35 per per.$60 for 2 dogs.Hot tub was so relaxing and great for my bones.Loved the jets.

We stayed here and it was nice. However when checking out and asking for a late check out by 30 mins, they charged. We never been asked before anywhere to pay for a late check out.

We have a complimentary 30-minute extension for late check-outs, then a 30/hour charge. The housekeepers only have a tight window to clean the entire hotel, and late check-outs complicate that. Thanks for much for understanding!

This is a clean hotel with very nice staff. There are no frills, just a plain clean hotel. Large room with small patio to go out and and enjoy if you like. We did not visit their spa so no comment.

There was nothing that special about this hotel except for the location which is quite lovely. The bed was not very comfortable, way too soft for our backs, and the bathroom door only closed if the toilet seat was up, which was quite strange. Also we asked for extra towels to use the hot tub but when our room was cleaned they removed the extra towels which I also thought was weird. There was no bar of soap either, only pump soap. Not to my liking. But I loved strolling the lovely town of Morro Bay and will be back especially when the weather is better.

456 Embarcadero Inn & Suites is a perfect place to relax, the sea air and watch the boats in the Morro Bay from the balcony. The place was very clean, the Hot Tub was a pleasure. All the shops in the area without having to drive to them also all the dinning options. Next getaway I'm coming back.

Nice view and Friendly staff. Some of the fixtures were showing significant wear and they need to update their in room coffee service to Keurig or Nespresso machines. Comfortable bed and bedding. Overall it’s a good place to stay and in walking distance to all things in Morro Bay

This place was awesome! Only complaint was that the fixtures in the bathroom need to be updated and there was no complimentary toiletries.

Beautiful view
It was a great view of the harbor and embarcadero street. The staff were great to work with and the hotel was quiet. It was unfortunate that iron and refrigerator weren't working.

The property was great. Spa was wonderful. Only complaint we have is the noise from the people above us stomping all morning. We were woken up by they ever morning around 0600. My husband and I were trying to have a quiet, sleep in weekend and the sleeping in did not happen

We are very sorry to hear of the disturbing noise coming from the room above you. We have found tho that if you let our front desk know there is a problem and we relay this info to the guests, they usually are unaware and gladly try to keep the noise level down.
