« House was updated with modern amenities, bathrooms were equipped with toiletries, towels and even bottles of water, and there was plenty of space to enjoy a vacation at the lake. The bed was firm and comfortable, and there was extra linens and air mattress for the kids to have their own bed. Everyone had a great time! »

« A very welcoming cottage! When we walked in, there was a welcome sign with our name in addition to snacks. The refrigerator was stocked with both water and creamers for coffee, and there was coffee and tea, both available, which matters a lot to us! The accommodations were very bright and modern and clean. We loved sitting outside with our coffee in the morning. and we were grateful for the distraction of games for the younger ones. Would definitely stay here again. »

« The properly wound be very nice if they cleaned it. It seemed like they didn't clean it. There were spider webs all over the house. The property was huge but not well maintained. They provided one tissue roll for 10 adults and 3 kids. Also running water smelled so bad that I had to run to store by supplies for house. I had to buy water for even wash our hands. I spent extra $200 for toilet papers, cleaning supplies, water. I didn't want to use any pots and pans because it was do bad. »

« You only learned after booking that the owner would be in the basement at all times and moving cars around constantly. That was not explained in the listing. He also mowed the lawn while we were there, which was not pleasant while trying to nap. The keypad to enter the home doesn’t work properly and you have to type the code multiple times to finally enter. The beds are not comfortable at all. With the price of this location, the beds should be worth the price. The window fans do not keep the...

« Cute, small and comfortable cabin overlooking Greenwood Lake. Spent a lot of time on the deck overlooking the lake. Even made a Sunday trip driving into NYC, no problem, not much traffic early. Location convenient to small towns, everyone friendly. A great place to stay. »

« House was beautiful! Airy, cool and bedrooms were comfortable! Such a cute cottage and outdoor fire pit was amazing. »

« This is a great cottage by a pond and a waterfall. It is clean, well appointed, and thoroughly enjoyable. We highly recommended, and have been back at least five times since our first day. »

« Had a nice stay, property is as shown. Check in was easy and the Host checked in with me to see how everything was. Easy communication. Quiet neighborhood. Patio was wonderful to relax on. The firepit was all set up and ready to be lit, but I did not have a chance to use. »
