It's a midrange quality hotel that would consider itself a luxury hotel. They must have staffing issues. The same few people do everything. I've never been in a hotel that doesn't service the room daily. I had to ask the maid to service the room and she wanted to know if we were checking out. Beds not made, towels not changed, supplies not renewed. I expected more considering the price.
