« Very nice, clean and comfortable "pod" with lantern and night table. Private and very quiet. We really appreciated the shower facility. Conveniently close to Ithaca/Cornell U. Ethay was super responsive and helpful when we approached from a road we were unfamiliar with. »

« The host was awesome! Kept up communication throughout the process and during our stay. The house was clean, spacious, open, airy, and and was conveniently located. (Not too far from town and the SUNY Cortland campus.) Although we did not bring pets, this place is certainly pet-friendly. We saw dog bowls, poop bags, and notes for pet owners in the handbook. »

« The home is very clean and good for a family or a group of friends. The hosts were excellent communicators. If you are traveling with a person in a wheelchair, they may need help up the ramp, which is a little steep. It is a gift to have an accessible home available, and the hosts were accommodating. »
