« Was very clean, comfortable beds, hot tub was great, everything was as listed. Just me, but would have appreciated a fan in the bedroom. Didn’t ask host, but his communication was great and seemed accommodating, so he probably would have gotten me a fan if asked. »

« The house is lived-in but clean. It was large enough for my big family, and we enjoyed our stay. Ernesto was great at communicating with us, and was gracious enough to allow us to extend our check-out time. Overall, everything was great! If I had to say anything about it, it was very hot upstairs because the portable air cooler didn't work very well. And more hooks for towels in the bathrooms would have been helpful. But really was the perfect size for our large family, and we would stay there...

« Host was very communicative, supportive and helpful. The house was clean and the location and surroundings were very nice. However, the bed was not a queen as listed in the post, it was a double which made it difficult for us to sleep. The posting indicated there was a gym which led me to believe there would be equipment (i.e. a stair stepper) but there was only workout weights in the cabinet. There were items about the house that should have been listed such as how to lock the house, when doing...

« Beautiful property and very nice host. I wish I had known the guest house was directly behind the owner's home. Less privacy than we would have liked but very, very nice. The property is secure, quiet, and safe. Absolutely gorgeous setting with the pool and hot tub.My only recommendation is to clean the inside of the washer. The front loader is full of mold/mildew but they are very nice and we used them.Thank you for a great stay. »

« I truly enjoyed my stay in this beautiful home as it provided a calm, quiet, and peaceful experience. The private guest house with its own private covered parking space that can easily fit 2 vehicles led to an adorned solid Oak Wooden door with secured access. I enjoyed the full living room space with its entertainment options and multiple lounging options. The full kitchen and dining table led to French double doors that opened the pathway to the gorgeous Oasis of a back yard that had a view...

« I am in love with Topanga! This area is so beautiful and the house was wonderful. The view of the mountains was breathtaking. Very clean and roomy house with all the necessities available. I will say the driveway and parking was a bit hairy but with another set of eyes to help out, it was fine. The suv was a great choice of vehicles. Communication was great! We will be back!! »
