« This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back. »

« Parking for my friend and I’s vehicles was easy. The wifi connection and reception in general was extremely poor, although the hosts were proactive about it. The grass area for the dogs was a little awkward as the kids played on it and vehicles parked there. Otherwise, the place was very nice and we slept very good on the bed and couch bed. The bathroom was really nice and wish I had more time to use the cool tub. The TVs were also really nice. »
