Most important takeaway is the beds are very comfortable! King bed, full size bed, full size sofa sleeper, and a twin size memory foam mattress you can place anywhere on the floor.

Cozy and mostly quiet but it is in an apartment building so it is possible to experience noise at times. Fully disclosing the unit is in a four-plex that also has low income housing. The building the apartment is in was built in 1951, so it’s nothing you want if you are trying to impress someone. beds are as comfortable as you can find. I use 600 thread count sheets. Mattresses have extra layer of soft memory foam. The bedroom has a king and a double. The living room has a double size sofa sleeper. There is a twin size mattress in the closet to place anywhere you chose. It’s really meant as a convenient place to sleep and probably not a vacation type of place.

Studies show majority of people want a no contact check in, so that’s what I provide. However i live right in the neighborhood and can be there to help with anything you might need help with,

Neighborhood is a mix of 1950’s single family homes, apartments with low income housing, and a trailer court a block away. Occasionally you might hear an ambulance. The apartment is located between a bar and a college campus, seldomly you may hear young people walking by on their way home from the bar. Being in n apartment complex you take a chance there is occasional noise.

Location is on a corner lot so street parking is available on 16th street or 3rd avenue. The building does have a parking lot in the back, there are usually extra spaces. I just installed 3 motion lights so you can see where you are going. There are 3 high quality security cameras watching the parking lot, so your car is safe.

NO PARKING ON 3RD AVE WEDNESDAYS BETWEEN 1AM TO 7AM
The city police give $25 citations.

City bus pickup is 3 blocks away. There is Doyle cab, Lucky 7, & Uber.

I’m not marketing this location to be anything other than being a great spot if you’re on a budget. There are nicer places. I can promise you very comfortable beds and pillows and everything else you see in the listing. It’s close to some low income housing, 1951 building that needs some upgrades and a repairs are needed once in awhile. You can experience noise inside any apartment complex. This spot is for you if you want everything you need and comfortable beds. It’s nice inside but not so nice you are booking it to impress someone. I really do care about my location and giving you a positive experience. If things aren’t perfect I’m easy to get in touch with and try to make things as perfect as possible! I live right across street if you have an emergency or you feel unsafe.
