« It is a basement apt. There was no smoke detector. Very musty. We emptied the full dehumidifier but did not help. There are area rugs on top of area rugs throughout. Looks like it is to cover the water damage. Broken/missing tile in the tub/shower. There is nowhere to hang clothes. Tony was very responsive but we will not stay there again. »

« We enjoyed the location and the balcony and the bed is quite comfortable but the pillows are VERY thick and firm. I would think they are not suitable for over 50% of folks and hope you would try 2 types of pillows to accommodate folks that need thinner or less firm types of pillows. Still say this property is worth it for the price but believe they could replace carpeting with flooring that doesn’t get dirty and can be cleaned and sanitized. Not a fan of the carpet. »
