« The Nutshell is a lovely little place, perfect for a stay in Whitby. Great location close to the harbour and town centre. Very clean and everything you need, hob, oven and all crockery and utensils. Nice feel to the place, makes you feel like you’re at the seaside. Great communication with the owners. « Lovely place to stay. We spent the bank holiday weekend here and it accommodated all of our needs. Host was flexible and allowed us to drop bags earlier than check in time. Apartment was clean and spacious for 2 people. Would definitely stay again! »

« Lovely little cottage. some damp but I suppose it is to be suspected with the age and location of the building. Windows are a bit stiff, but the kitchen window should be opened due to lack of an extractor. There was no soap, but everything else we needed was provided. The location was excellent and access was easy, aside from parking but we managed OK. »
