I am a nurse and work from home. I was looking forward to a nice night with a wonderful room. The room was clean. There was nothing special about the room.. Paying 300.00 plus on a Wednesday night I could have went to a nearby hotel for the same room for 80.00. I wanted a night swimming in a warm pool and enjoy a hot soak in the hot tub. Cold pool and no hot tub. It was a very nice night out. Could not enjoy the outside seating related to people smoking. The hotel and valet staff were friendly and very nice.

It was a fun experience. The restaurants were excellent. For the amount we paid for a weekend we could have gone to Vegas for a few days.

So unfortunately, the only negative issue issue I had with my stay was the king size bed. I was literally a cripple when I woke up in the morning because the bed was so hard and uncomfortable, and the sheets felt like sandpaper. I was informed after I made my complaint known to the desk there are certain number of rooms, including mine that are still waiting to undergo renovation, and unfortunately, the beds are uncomfortable. If this is the case, why rent the room

I appreciated how helpful everyone was. The property was very nice and clean the only thing that was a little scary was the walk to the Earth Tower hotel at 1 in the morning alone. Other than that I was content and so was the rest of the group.

The property was clean and welll kept. Also, the employees were friendly and helpful. Food and drinks were however pricy.

Highly disappointed with billing and staff. Inaccurate billing after selecting the option to upgrade my room and the staff’s inability to explain why. Proper expectations were not set regarding the room mini bar. I was billed just for simply touching the items in the mini bar. Upon checkout, I learned of the sensors placed on the bar items. I was given the impression that I wasn’t being honest about using/taking the items from the bar at checkout and felt that I had to convince her otherwise. It was very awkward. I’ve never experienced this at any other hotel. Also, the checkout lady was condescending when explaining the overall charges. I’m thankful I was later credited for the mini bar charges however there should have never been a charge. The inconvenience of unnecessarily billed items and the poor service received from some staff members put a damper on my trip, considering this was a birthday surprise for my husband.
