Nope! Never again
Room was disgusting. Stains all over the loveseat. Shoe prints on the mirror, the in room coffee pot had the wrong type of coffee... there was no tray to put in the maker. The hallway the next morning smelled like s**t.

It was very obvious that the property was just updated or in the process of being updated. Our bathroom looked like they forgot to finish painting the woodwork. The main wall opposite the shower looked like someone had sprayed it and it dribbled down and not wiped up. Made it feel like it was not clean. The beds were super comfortable.

Clean and friendly
The keys did not work on the outside side doors and we did not get the handicap room like I requested, but he said it was not put on my room request. He did accommodate us to the best room possible and he was very helpful.

Needs to be updated. Needs a paint job. Bedding was not warm or comforting. Toilet in room ran the entire time. Heard the people next door talking the entire time and heard the people above me walking the entire time. Had a weird smell in the lobby.

Roaches were everywhere, bedding was stained and dirty, carpet was not clean. Not a comfortable place to stay. Would be okay if it was cleaned and treated for pest.

This hotel wasn’t very good. The bed was lumpy and none of the equipment worked in the fitness center. The breakfast was inedible. The hotel was clean and the staff were courteous but they couldn’t overcome the other problems. Plus the hallways smelled like marijuana and cigarette smoke at night because other guests were smoking and probably in their rooms also. Will not go back

Reasonable for budget conscious travelers.
Mostly good. But dangerous. Side door broken and locked. Would have been great fire and safety hazard. Several little small roaches in room. But generally very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast for a place like this. Will probably go elsewhere next time I am in Montgomery overnight.

The pull out couch had a nasty stained mattress. No bedding. We had to go ask for some bedding. All we got was a mattress cover. Booked 3 adults, only got towels for two on multiple nights, even after going down and asking the desk for towels to accommodate the reservation. Finally, the entire 3rd floor smelled very strongly of someone’s spicy kitchen. It’s as the owners/managers lived on the 3rd floor and cooked their daily meals. Very strong odor that filled the room and affected the smell of all of our clothes.

Homecoming
A last minute decision was made to attend ASU's homecoming. This was 1 of very few hotels with availability. I've never stayed at a QI, but I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodations. I ended up adding an extra night to my stay on a separate reservation and management allowed us to remain in the same room. Staff was kind & accessible. Eateries were in close proximity and ASU was not far either. The hotel is in a central location and served it's purpose. I'd stay again.

No no and no!! Rooms smells and the rooms are NOT
The sign in front of Hotel says newly renovated! The rooms have a terrible smell Our first room the bed was turned down, carpets had not been vacuumed, old dust was everywhere, lampshades were covered in cobweb’s with food containers in refrigerator. The Clerk very nice and moved us promptly. Room 2 was a bit cleaner but had the smell of dirty carpet (we had car air fresheners in our car and went and got them). Carpets and cobwebs still exists and the comforter had a huge whole in it. No refund so we slept with our clothes on!! Would not recommend at all they need to removed the sign in front of Hotel!!

Dirty and in bad need of maintenance
The renovated lobby is pretty. The shower in the room was broken, dirty (someone elses soap left behind) and unusable. 1 washcloth in the room. The clerk was kind enough to allow us to shower in another room. Which was also uncleaned and the shower head was broken-sprayed more water on the wall than in the tub... the smoke detector was missing in the room.
