Traveling Through
We only stayed one night during our travels down to Panama City beach. The room and bathroom was very clean, the woman that checked us in was very friendly, nice and got us checked in fast. We would stay here again.

Im not sure about the property because I was advised they had no rooms upon arrival. This was a horrible experience especially since I had already paid through Expedia. Waiting on a full refund.

It was awful. No tissuse in bathroom had to ask serval times for towels and tissuse had to ask for light bulbs have 1 working lamp. Had burn marks on lamps shade, comforter,tub and sink. And bullet holes in wall.

Staff was very rude and unprofessional. They ask for your card twice when checking in and checking out. The main lady that works there is the most rude person we have ever encountered. We had a mix up when checking out and thought we were charged twice. We were civil until the lady refused to listen to us and and also over charged us. Told me that I was unintelligent and as I teacher I don't know what I'm doing and should not use the sight. Great place horrible staff

Terrible experience
On the plus side, the room was spacious. That's where the good ends, though. Immediately on checking in, the air conditioner in the room was OFF, which, in Alabama in July, is a horrible experience. Additionally, I was placed in a smoking room (as evidenced by the ashtray on the table). It didn't bother me that much, but I wasn't expecting it and if that were an issue for someone it would be a problem. The biggest issue, came at 9 the next morning, when housekeeping was banging on my door. I hadn't put out a non-existent 'do not disturb' card, but I did yell out that I was still there. The housekeeper even tried to come in (whether I wasn't understood, wasn't heard, or was flat out ignored I'm not sure), but at least went away when it became evident the room was still occupied. Fortunately I pulled the latch at that point, but it happened again at 9:30, and again at 10:45. Now, I completely understand needing to flip the room for the next unlucky guest, but if it's before check out time and the guest hasn't actually checked out yet, it seems like a standard practice to NOT start knocking and trying to come in.

Not happy with this motel

Motel management/staff needs to improve in customer service.
This motel definitely shows much better in it's advertisements than in real life. The hotel breakfast consisted of stale cold cereal and a few packaged Danish in addition to juice and coffee.. The rooms were small with bare amenities. Management was not customer friendly. I would not recommend this motel. You would be better served to stick with a hotel chain rather than this motel.

Did not enjoy the stay at this motel.
The lobby had an offensive odor and was uninviting as well as the staff. The pool was not open, and the so called breakfast was very disappointing. There were only two tables with two chairs each in the smelly lobby, waffle maker didn't work, coffee wasn't made and when it did get made it was horrible. The selection of edible pastries were only one kind of muffin and one kind of danish.

Upon arrival I suppose it was average .But the room was not what I expected. It was fairly clean . there was no coffee ,an ironing board but no iron, I asked for an iron but it was 30 minutes before I was able to get one the breakfast was only cold cereal . a muffin or soll, coffee or juice . two tables(not clean} and chairs which I would not sit in. I am not being critical just telling the truth, just being real.

OMG
The room was comfortable BUT, the ceiling and walls were flaking off and the floor had NOT been vacuumed. There were no hand towel or coffee! Went to the office the next morning and asked for these 3 things but when we returned, we had not gotten them! Chose this hotel for location and price, but not worth it. Will not stay here next year!!

STAY AWAY!!!
When I first arrived the outside was not so bad. When I entered I was horrified. I was greeted by a dirty looking man I thought he was a homeless person seeking shelter from the rain but he was the hotal assistant. I told him my name and told him How I booked the room. He asked me the same question several times what was my name and did I have a number to reach Orbitiz because their money was not deposited yet! and then said I paid to much online it was cheaper to come in. Wow what a bad repour with Orbitiz. In a nutshell horrible the cleaniness of the room the service and the whole expereince was HORRIBLE!!!!

Our room was nice - somewhat roomy and clean. However, there was no real breakfast [...]. There was a pkg of 6 chocolate mini donuts sitting out and 2 cups of waffle mix - 1 had a bug in it. There was juice and coffee - nothing else. No fruit, bagels, cereal - nothing. I don't expect a lot for a continental breakfast, but they shouldn't advertise breakfast if they don't really have one. We ate breakfast at a close IHOP.[...]
