I liked the cleanliness, the service not that good, apparently I couldn’t get my room cleaned because I didn’t ask in the morning when no one let me know of that, and there were no trash bags in the trash cans. Asked for those was told I would receive them and I still did not.

We appreciate your feedback and apologize for the delay in cleaning your room. We do advise all guests to determine whether or not they require housekeeping the night before. Additionally, during the check-out process, we inquire about the guest's well-being and offer our guidance. Everything is fine. Our hotel does not provide plastic bags because no plastic items are utilized. Our hotel contributes to global environmental preservation by abstaining from plastic usage.

The staff weren’t friendly, not rude or ignorant, just not very welcoming. The rooms were no more than average, which for the price I expected more. The courtyard was locked up “due to COVID”, but restrictions have been over for a long time. It seemed like a cop out to not deal with maintaining extra space for the guests.

The room smelled so bad like old and musty. I went to the front desk told them and she said sorry. I asked if they had any air fresheners she gave me a bottle I used 3/4 of the bottle. The room still stinks. They I received a call from the front desk to return the bottle of air freshener. The heater was going off and on. The knob did not work to turn it off. had to call to see if they could unplug it. She said it would be an hour. I had to open up the windows. I could not get a receipt from the desk for payment. I came her for my son’s engagement. I spent an hour and a half in the room went to dinner. I’m back but I will not be staying in this room the smell is awful. Disappointed!

We liked that it was close to a lot of things and so we could walk a lot of places we wanted to go. The bathroom was fine but the shower left a lot to be desired. They advertised sound proof rooms but they were not. We were able to hear what was on the TV in the other rooms next to us. The place was convenient not comfortable.

Overall Clean Room and Affordable
The room is newly renovated, pretty clean and modern looking. The check-in staff is polite but she was not very clear with the check-in information; she asked for my credit card and didn't explain what it's for and gave me a piece of paper to fill out the highlighted info without much explanation. The location is very convenient and close to the wharf.

Brand new rooms were very nice and comfortable. Check in was smooth. Parking lot is too small. Very difficult navigating in a mini-van. I had to park in a "truck" spot. Also, despite being a suburban area, and the rooms being updated, the road noise was much more than you would expect.

The rooms were clean and spacious. When checking in and out staff were helpful and friendly. Welcoming for families. I have two complaints. One is that the parking spaces are incredibly tight. We have a minivan and barely fit in the spots. Second the shower water pressure is extremely low, even for a water friendly shower head

Toilet was broken. The hotel management ignored my complaints. Also I was refused to get the recipient at checkout. This hotel was one of the worst one I have ever stayed.

Additionally, we examined your room and found no issues. Therefore, in the future, please make an effort to improve and seek out a supervisor to discuss any issues.
