When I first arrived at the property I was put in a room with a broken lock and no hot water. They wanted me to pay an additional $460 US to move into a better room with hot water, because hot water wasnât included with my original reservation. I moved to a different room at a cost of $200 dollars to have hot water. They didnât clean the room or do anything at all in the 23 days I was there. I tried to cancel the reservation but the hotel said no refunds and orbitz wouldnât do anything to help me deal with being taken advantage of. The shower head didnât work in the room I moved into, I bought a replacement shower head so I could shower. Then there was no water pressure and the shower didnât even really work for the last two weeks of my trip and orbitz still wouldnât do anything to help me deal with the problems I was having. The hotel is so far from anything that it is difficult to get in in out unless your very familiar with Montego Bay and the route taxis. Or spending large amounts of cash on charters. Avoid this hotel stay away from orbitz it isnât worth the issues and problems youâll have dealing with either of them
