« I could not sleep all night lots of noise dont know what caused it on top of that staff was so bad bell man took my clothes and when it was time to put things in the car they put my bags in the car but left my clothes with hanger in the back and never gave to us. we got home nearly 4hrs later far drive and saw that clothes were never given back. Overall horrible experience going and staying here. Would not recommend it. Staff was not on top of it especially forgetting my expensive clothes »

When we arrived the beds were not made (as in someone had slept in them) and were not washed (you could see body imprints on the pillows and bedding. The bathroom and kitchen were filthy and there was trash in all of the trashcans.
