« Our family had a great stay here. They was plenty of space and the beds were great. We loved coming “home” from montecito and Santa Barbara. Would highly recommend the space and would love to stay here again. Though I generally prefer a walkable location the loveliness of this accommodation made up for that detail. »

« Probably one of the best homes we have stayed at with our family of six plus spouses and grand children. The home does not look like much from the street but once you enter the gates it has meticulously groomed gardens with plenty of enclosed space for everyone. Inside the rooms are large, the home is clean and there was even a set up of dog bowls for our dog. The home is a five minute walk from Montecito and Butterfly Beach. « Four of us were meant to stay here for the weekend for a special event. When we arrived the beds were not made (as in someone had slept in them) and were not washed (you could see body imprints on the pillows and bedding. The bathroom and kitchen were filthy and there was trash in all of the trashcans.
