« If you are allergic to a cat, there is a lot of cats… I booked through Expedia. Upon arrival, the front desk couldn’t find my reservation and insisted on creating a new one with my card. After much insistence, they located it but had no room ready, forcing me to wait. Placed in a room with a strong urine smell (likely dog) in the bathroom. No room number signs in the hallway, and the same odor was in the main first-floor bathroom. No Wi-Fi password provided. Breakfast was okay. Photos on Expedia...

« Our stay was nice and the staff was friendly. The resort had beautiful grounds and lots of things for kids to do. The room was spacious, but it could use some updating. I did not like that there was no refrigerator in the room. I would go back though. »
