« Room was clean, well maintained, nice hot shower & comfy bed. Tea, coffee, biscuits and a decent size cup are always a plus ! Solo female travelling for work. Only stayed for one night but had everything I needed. Felt reasonably safe. Only issue was the 2nd cottages directions sign was on the right hand side of road & obscured by a tree branch, so I didn’t see it & my sat nav took me left at the end of the rd & up a very tight private road to a bungalow based on the post code. Not ideal …....

« We had a great week at The Sett. We stayed over New Year, and even though we had a couple of very cold days it was really nice and warm inside the cottage. The quality of all of the furniture, furnishings and appliances was excellent and it was very spacious and light. The views were stunning and it was a very peaceful spot. The owners were great, and it was so nice to have some welcoming treats. The garden was very safe for our dog, which is our top priority whenever we look for a holiday...
