Private property close to original Woodstock site, pool, 3 bedrooms, cable TV, Wi Fi, A/C, full kitchen. Close to many lakes, also the Delaware River. Property has a firepit and a private pool. White Lake is 1 mile away where you can rent a boat or Jet ski. Swinging Bridge is 3 miles away it is a 9 mile long lake w/great fishing and boating, etc. Delaware River is minutes away w/Tube rentals, canoe rentals as well as zip lines. Resorts World Casino is 10 minutes away, this makes this an excellent location, also shopping 10 minutes away. Also, many great places to eat close by Dunkin Donuts 1 mile away. Hardwood floors throughout. Unfortunately children are not allowed. Thank you.

We stayed for one night while attending a concert at Bethel Woods. Iā€™m a bit of a fusspot and I thought the house was very clean and well cared for. It was old but charming. Although it was on a busy road the house was set back from the road. It was absolutely fine for our short stay. Weā€™d definitely stay here again.

Everything we experienced with this listing was so nice and clean!! Easy check in, no hassle at all! We got to meet the property owner Bruce before we left and he was extremely nice and accommodating. The house itself is cozy and clean. Would definitely recommend a stay and we will most definitely be back soon!

The house was cute with all the decorations pertaining to Woodstock and the 60ā€™s. Very well maintained home. It was extremely convenient to Bethel Woods for a visit to the museum and to the concert we were attending.

This was perfect for attending a concert at Bethal Woods. The hosts were very accommodating when I had to make a change and answered my questions quickly. It was comfortable and loved all the Woodstock related decorations. Hopefully we will stay there for another concert or two next year.

This property is literally down the road from Bethel Woods and the owner kindly accommodated a 2pm check in so we could attend a concert. While the property is older, everything is clean and well maintained. There were no pillows on the bed with the twin trundle so if staying here you may want to bring them along. The knitted blankets in every room were a nice touch, as well as the other items for sale. We had hoped to Uber to the concert but there are no Ubers really in the area so the app didnā€™t work out for us. This is also true for Lyft. We ended up using a taxi service which I also donā€™t recommend. Just drive, the property is 10 minutes away. We did not use the pool or fire pit. Overall, it was a great stay and Iā€™d come back again.

The accommodations and location were perfect. Check in should be earlier considering the rental is most likely for a concert at Bethel. The parking lot there usually opens at 3. It would be nice to check in maybe a 2 so you can get settled and then head to the show. Other than than everything was awesome!!!!

We loved our stay! The bedrooms were spacious and cozy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and everything was exactly as described. The house is just off a fairly busy road, so be warned that you can hear traffic at all times of day (this didn't bother us but I know that can be a real challenge for some people). The house is easy to find, and the area is lovely with easy access to all kinds of activities nearby. I had mentioned to Bruce that we were in the area to see a family member in a play, and he brought us over a newspaper with a review of the play! It was such a sweet gesture, and they really are the best hosts. We'd gladly stay again!

Very clean and well kept. Right off route 17, so some road noise, but well insulated windows to dampen the sound. A nice cozy getaway, and a deer was spotted in the front yard.
