We are very disappointed with this trip: the reception by videoconference was mediocre, with a faulty system. In addition, hotel assistance is non-existent. All this only concerns the first day. We vacated the room every day at 9:00 a.m. at the latest, without a cleaning lady; perhaps we should have left at 7:00 a.m., when we heard her bub and cart knocking in front of the door. The walls are indeed the thickness of a sheet of paper. The shower has dirty joints surrounded by yellow traces, and the bathroom is quite small. For a one-night stay, it's acceptable, and again. Fortunately, the location is correct and easy to access. We hope for compensation.
