« This was our second time staying here. The house was clean and well stocked with everything you would need for the beach as well as a well stocked kitchen with Keurig coffee, spices and oils. It’s beautifully appointed with brand new furniture, plenty of room for a large group (we had 16) and my goodness, that beach across the street, divine! « We came as a family of 10. 2 grandparents, 4 parents, 4 teens. This house fit us very well. It is as described in the listing, but so much more. Generous supplies (bathroom, kitchen, pantry, laundry, linens, bbq, including bath/beach towels), games, books, boogie boards, beach chairs galore, comfortable furniture, very clean, working order of all utilities. « We spent a wonderful week with our 6 adult children, their spouses and our young grandchildren. The home is very spacious and provided comfortable rooms and bathrooms for everyone. « The house and location were perfect for our family of 10. The neighborhood was quiet and a very short drive or 10 min walk to the beach. There was ample public parking next to the beach which was excellent for snorkelling. The pool was ideal for our 4 grandchildren and the house was beautiful and exactly as shown in the VRBO web site. « This house was the perfect spot for our Maui Family Vacation. There were 11 of us (6 adults and 5 kids ages 6 years to 12 years) celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. The kids loved the pool and the fenced yard provided a private oasis for sitting outside on the lanai. To accommodate all the kids one grandchild slept on a mattress on the floor in the bunk room, but they loved being all together on one room. « The Summit house was just what we needed for our family of ten. Ample room for all. Communication excellent for all our needs. The welcome basket was a special treat. Wish we could live together there forever! There is no way we could have been soo comfortable renting separate condos. Game room and weight rooms were used by all and appreciated. »

« Large house that easily accommodated our family. Outside deck has fabulous ocean views. Whales and sea turtles were abundant and great to watch. The house was fairly well appointed, but a bit dated. Upstairs shower leaked into the master bathroom. Wine coolers did not cool. Communication with the property team was excellent and they checked in with us throughout our stay. Overall an excellent property. »

« The location was great for getting to the beach and was very walkable to many great places. Not a lot of shopping within walking distance, but very quick to drive to. Some of the neighbors did not seem very happy we were there, but overall it was a really great place to stay and we hope to be back! »

« If you seek a large home that can accommodate large groups, if you seek close proximity to the most amazing beach - this is the home for you! It feels like Napili Bay is in your front yard! Napili Bay has long been our favorite beach on all of Maui, and now we finally have a home next to it, that we can return and rent each year. We had small kids, teens and adults and the home and management just couldn’t be better. 5 stars all the way around. »

« The Hale was large and gave the four of us plenty of space. It was clean and had plenty of amenities to make it an easy stay. The beds were comfortable and had a proper kitchen with all that you need . »

« We had a wonderful time, very hard to leave. The condo was nice and clean and in a good location. Would be nice to have barbecue tools/metal pan and a few spices and perhaps some foil or plastic wrap. Would definitely stay again! »
