« When booking we were not informed of no air conditioning. My wife has asthma and she can not stay in any unit without A/C. As per the unit! It was nice, Not beachfront as stated! BUT! Management team was very efficient and welcoming, communicating with us about check in/check out and making sure we had everything we needed including recommendations for whale watching vendors and dealing with a minor TV connection glitch promptly and professionally.
