There was no hot water for my shower. The breakfast offered a wide variety of foods which was nice. The location was perfect for the event at the Vibrant.

Right on the Mississippi River. Beautiful river walk behind the hotel. Also water taxi behind the hotel as well. Beautiful area. Many places in walking distance. The hotel itself is super clean. Staff is friendly. Big breakfast area. Eggs, potatoes, biscuits & gravy for this stay. I’m not sure if that’s what they serve everyday. My room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable.

The hotel was great. Delicious breakfast. Great coffee. But the evening front desk lady left a lot to be desired when it comes to hospitality. Absolutely rude and condescending.

The property was excellent. Our room was excellent. We drove for 10 hours to get to that stop of our trip and the gal that was in charge of the desk at 1:00 in the morning was rude as can be. We were exhausted and had called twice to make sure our room didn’t get cancelled on us and she was straight up rude and unpleasant to deal with. Everything else was great but the overnight gal was not and I hope others that have spent the time and money to get there don’t have to deal with her.

The receptionist waited on person that walked ahead of us then was rude to me. Room stunk from water. 6 minutes to get hot water, toilet broke seat on it loose. Had to park way out and some one tried to break in my car and broke my handle!!! I did like Wyndham!!! Not now :(

The ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The rooms could have been cleaner. Found a couple of hairs on the bathtub and one on the table. Updates are definitely needed! The ceiling paint in our bathroom was severely chipping or could be caused by water damage. Also had to flush toilet a couple of times each time used. Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was French toast sticks, eggs, potatoes, etc. It was very good! Coffee was delicious!

The hot tub area had water leaking everywhere and the bathroom in the pool area was absolutely disgusting. It need a makeover. We had trouble with our room twice before we actually got in our room.

The staff was very kind and the property felt clean and safe. Our king suite was clean except for under the bed, usually not a concern except I was traveling with my toddler. The bathroom had repairs done and it was all functional but not aesthetically appealing. The tv kept losing service, but weather was not great and could have been the cause. The train station next door has loud train horns at night - again not usually an issue unless you’re traveling with littles who may wake up at the sound. There were good breakfast options, all warm and setup in a sanitary way. The hotub and workout facilities were clean although the pool was cloudy, we still used it, the temperature was great in the pool and the pool room. I read reviews before booking about low water pressure/no hot water and we did not experience that the 3 days we stayed. The water pressure was great and the water got very hot very quickly. With the tiny issues I would still stay again, it is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! And given the other options in the area, this was definitely the best option.

We attended a concert right next door to the hotel. Very convenient as it was just steps away. We did arrive earlier than the scheduled check in time and were able to get in our room. The staff upon checking in and checking out were excellent. Super friendly and welcoming!
