The mattress was not in good condition and the pillows were terrible. There was no grab bar for the shower, which is especially unsafe for seniors. The television channel selection was poor. The breakfast was okay but there were coffee grounds in the coffee and sometimes it was way too strong. I would not stay at this hotel again.

There were no smiles when we were greeted upon first arrival. After some conversation I was able to elicit a smile from the clerk. It too about 6 attempts for the clerk to get my room cards. The first two didn't work and we went to get two more. There was a new clerk and again no smiles. Out of those two cards only one worked. The room floor had clearly been poorly vacuumed and there were many stains (disgusting) on the floor. The room also smelled very strongly of cleaning solutions. The furniture needed to be dusted. We were in a time crunch so we just dealt with it rather than change rooms. This motel could use some customer service training and accountability in the housekeeping/maintenance departments. There is either a training issue or a management issue. We would not stay there again.

My girlfriend and I have stayed here multiple times, and it is always a good experience. It is reliable and has been good for us. The breakfast could be a little bit better, but we still enjoy our stays here.

Check in not friendly. Room was a suite for three. No bedding for third person. Called desk we had to go get all bedding our self and make bed if we wanted it . Bathroom plumbing leaking on floor from sink drain . Ceiling plaster all cracked and falling apart . TV remote didn't work on first room . Continental breakfast was good along with attendant. Check out was poor man on a personal phone call leaving me wait till he was done with his conversation. Not sure if there is anything better that close to airport would recommend looking in another area of town .

Check in person not friendly or helpful. She spent maybe three minutes in total and left the counter saying . Have a good night. I was still standing at the counter. One would think there could be a smile, Or a comment to let her know if I needed anything. Instead I get a message on my phone about any assistance needed. There was no printed info in the room about the TV. An hour before checkout the Manager came to my room with a remote. He said.. you probably noticed this is a new TV.. now how would I know that?The manager here needs a lot of improvement. Feel free to cal tact me about my observations about the breakfast. I had to go there for coffee because the coffee pot on the room did not work. The room was excessively hot. Expect the thermostat is not working correctly. The remote did not work so I had no TV

Ok not great.
Staff was friendly. Remote for TV didn't work as well as the buttons on the TV. Most channels didn't come in properly or at all. The mini fridge was broken. Carpets seemed dirty. Breakfast was a nice selection, but everything that was supposed to be hot was warm, even the coffee. The pool was small but it was nice.

My stay was great. The location was easy for me to get to the events i was in town for. The room was quiet and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast had a great variety from hot options to continental options. Staff was very polite and helpful. I would stay here again!

Overall, it was a very good stay. I went here to spend some time with my long distance girlfriend for our 1 year anniversary. It was a very nice hotel with a fantastic, free continental breakfast. The room was very pleasing, and the hotel itself was new and renovated. The only negative I have to say is the floor was very sticky and dirty in the room, which was a little unpleasant. Other than that, very good stay.
