« Wonderful gem of a one bedroom basement apartment with a private entrance. It’s very clean/cozy & yet spacious. The upgrades (cool shower) are lovely, too. The space provides all the essentials you would want or ask for at a traditional hotel suite experience & then some. Katie & Brad were communicative when needed & yet not invasive at all. Very kind, too. Would absolutely utilize this space again if needed in the future. »

« Several bad situations in the property give it a bad review. - two double beds, which we have not slept on for over several decades - both beds, which we had to use separately to be able to go to sleep, came off their platforms as we moved in the night. - bathroom had an antique tub on nice metal feet, but a worthless shower curtain. « We had a very nice stay here among the beautiful country farm setting with a tour of the alpacas and their habitat . Paul gave us a nice visit with the alpacas and a very lot of information about how they are raised and taken care of . We got to feed them and pet their super soft coat of fiber (fur) . In the apartment , we had everything needed to cook in the full kitchen , a great shower , super comfy bed and a spacious living room . We plan to come again to this wonderful place . »
