The property showed quite differently than the photographs presented online. Overall an adequate hotel, many amenities are outdated and could use an update or some love. No seating at the pool whatsoever - very different than the posts online.

Limited and unsafe parking. The parking that was designated for guest were used for public parking. People were double parked, parked in fire lanes and parked in handicap parking spots. The desk clerks could not and would not do anything about it. Very noisy in the rooms.Wait staff in the restaurant were unorganized. Will definitely choose another location next stay.

I stay here when in town (2/3 per month) because it is convenient to work location. The place is a bit outdated and could use freshening up a bit. The staff is always great and helpful. The 17th floor bar is very cool, with 360deg views of area.

I booked a King Suite for my son and I and it was great. We rach had our own room and own bathroom. We also had a nice view of the water. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is great. I would highly recommend.

Staying during Mardi gras!!
I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean and each day we were provided clean bath towels and wash clothes. Also the room was cleaned each day and beds made. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. My only issue was not enough parking on the property. I had to pay for parking each night. Also the restaurant closed so early. I did get an opportunity to eat at the restaurant but I had to get there early and even then they were about to close. The food was outstanding and service was amazing. Tge location was perfect.

The perfect spot..
I was my best friend's birthday. It was Joe Cain Sunday as well. My boys and I stayed here and we almost brought another night but my son forgot his clothes. Even my baby boy enjoyed himself.

Fantastic spot, right in the heart of downtown. Came for the Senior Bowl and couldn't have picked a better place to stay. Nice bar on the top floor as well.

Everything is clean and this is a nice. There isn’t much parking and the property is dated. A good, clean place to stay overall. I will stay here again.

We had an excellent check-in experience. A very nice man helped get our things to the room and couldn’t have been any friendlier. The room was really clean!! The toilet handle was broken. We were able to take lid off to flush. We let them know upon departure.

Business trip to Mobile—easy access to the convention center, restaurants and shopping. The hotel is very roomy and comfortable/clean with a lot of amenities like onsite restaurant and Skybar. Two negatives: no morning coffee unless you wait and get a table in the restaurant. In room coffee isn’t good anywhere. Second negative is the parking. Only a handful of parking onsite and then you have to fight for paid parking along the street or across the road in the parking deck. Wouldn’t have been a big deal but it was storming. Otherwise we are repeat customers here and the staff is awesome!

I booked 2 rooms for a 5 day stay. The party for the second room was unable to get to Mobile due to weather conditions in Boston and flight cancellations. As a result of my friends flight delays and cancellations, I decided to leave 2 days early, thus losing two days cost on my reservation and the entire cost of the 5 day stay in the second room.

I liked the hotel because I am from there and I have stayed there before. I didn’t like the smell of the hotel, it’s not enough fresh air in the hotel.

Everything was nice and clean. Restaurant served an awesome angus burger and there is bar onsite if you just want to hang around the hotel.
