Very Clean! Appreciated a clean room at a reasonable price. Only suggestion would be to maintain the little bit of grass in front of the rooms. Lots of stickers and weeds. I would stay again.

Pros- It was very clean, and very comfortable soft bed, not too far from Valley of Fire Park. Cons- I've traveled in many countries solo and this was the first hotel I've ever experienced where you check into a gas station and there's no reception. Also, this hotel is probably fine for a short stay with a couple or group, yet I wouldn't recommend it for a solo female traveler, and I've backpacked in the woods solo. It felt very desolate, there was only one other vehicle parked there and this isn't the hotels issue, just a heads up to other solo travelers personally the vibe didn't feel good. Walking back from checking in next door some guys on the road in an old pickup truck whistled which I totally ignored. It just felt like the kinda place you wouldn't want to be seen going into your room from the outside. I basically just hid in my room, went to bed got up and out of there early next morning.

Did not have a microwave. A very small refrigerator. Had window air conditioner that turned off and on through the night breaking up your sleep.

Accommodations were exactly as described. Easy check-in process at the gas station right next door. In and out during a road trip. A bit of highway noise naturally since youre next to an interstate, but that is to be expected and is drowned out by AC running. No complaints, would recommend!!

Room layout is poor. You have a toilet and shower in one room and the sink in another, with the rooms not being connected and lights to both outside of the rooms. Also, the bed was creaky, though comfortable.

Moapa Motel is a lovely throwback experience to the days of roadside motels of the '50's & '60's. It's the only choice for many miles around, off the main highway where one would turn off for the adventure of driving across the vast desert of Nevada. The establishment includes a gas station and a fine mexican restaurant and as such covers all the necessities of the modern day traveler. It's nothing fancy but does the job. Perhaps take care to learn the vagaries of the heating/cooling system as it could easily keep you awake.

No water
Hotel room was simple but clean and beds were comfortable. However, we woke up to no water. Reading other reviews this seems to be a common problem with this hotel. I asked about the water via text and got no response.

There is nobody at the propery. Check in is done with the kids working at the AM PM minimart. They verify the reservation and you receive a text with your room number and door code. There was no water at the property or a way to get a refund.

Checked in to our DELUXE room, turned shower on to hot water, NOTHING, same with sink. Toilet wouldn't fill after flushing, had to use trash can to fill tank. Had reservations for 3 nights. The next morning while we were attending an event an hour away the manager called and said we had been given the wrong rooms and would need to come checkout, and check in again to a STANDARD room. I explained how far away we were and at an event, and would come as soon as the event was over. An hour later he called again. When we got back to the rooms, the door codes had been changed, they had PACKED OUR BELONGINGS STACKED THEM IN A CORNER AND MADE UP THE ROOM FOR THE NEXT GUEST!!! Similar water situation in second room. I rented 2 rooms for 3 nights each. NEVER AGAIN

This is a really nice Motel that's been recently renovated. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's lovely inside. The only thing that was a bit annoying was the volume of the air conditioner / heater unit. There is a great Mexican food restaurant, and the convenience store provides everything you could need.

Surprisingly quite for being next to the freeway, the ac/heater worked fantastically. The bed was comfy. My only complaint would be the hot water in the shower didn't last long and the water pressure wasn't that great.

Disappointing for the high price I paid.
The room was clean and the bed comfortable. I was disappointed that there was no ice, no continental breakfast not even coffee. Also no light over the table. How do you use this table in the dark?

It was clean and parking was available. I was charged an extra fee however i was able to get a hold of someone and the charges were corrected rigth away. I would like 2 addition bath towels. 2 bath towels for 2 ppl , we shower at night and in the morning. The towels used at night was not fully dry for our morning shower.

There was no water and the ac kept shutting off. The only staff available are store clerks at the gas station. Owner was very difficult to contact and communicate with. Wouldn't give me a partial refund. Don't stay here if you need a shower.

My room never got cleaned. I hung the door sign outside for room services. My water ran out the last night I was there. I like the room tho but services coulda made the stay a lot more better. I’d stay there again tho I have high expectations for this motel.
