For the tours, we are in cooperation with registered licensed tour guides and we recommend to get them. Those that offer cheaper rates are mostly unregistered by the government and do not have proper documentations. For your safety during the tour, if you book with unknown tour providers whenever there are accidents and problems occur they will just vanish and not take any responsibility. It is no problem if all goes well as we want to save on the fees but if problem occurs, it is more than a big issue to settle. It is your discretion on this matter as you have the free hand. We have a varied choices for breakfast maybe the Asian taste is not fit for you? Free water refillable are at stations that are all provided in the hallway, front desk and restaurant area as we are avoiding single use plastics. If you didnt bring your tumbler, you can buy a water bottle and just refill as needed for your convenience. Water kettles are also available in each room if you dont want to buy plastic bottles too. All conveniences provided for the guests during your stay

The main strip can be quite lively and noisy most of the time, as there is no noise control in the vicinity. This may pose a challenge for light sleepers. Our establishment is not specifically promoted as a dive shop; rather, we position ourselves as a family resort offering various amenities such as transparent kayaking, snorkeling, a game room, and morelikewise we collaborate with reputable dive shops to ensure our guests can meet their requests and can have an exceptional diving experience. We apologize for any shortcomings during the check-out process, as the staff member handling it was still new and in her first week of work, leading to some oversights. The amount charged for your discover scuba was accurate, and we appreciate your understanding as we strive to improve based on past experiences.

For the record, Room 101 is the most sought-after as it is straight across the pool and a few steps away from the beach, where you can catch the beautiful sunset and sunrise. Our dedicated team works diligently to ensure that the pool is well-maintained, the water is properly treated, and all necessary safety measures are in place. If you have a history of skin rashes, we recommend that you avoid swimming pools since they contain chlorine and other chemicals that are used for deep cleaning and can seriously harm your skin. We also observed that your main issue is the ants and the bites you suffered, for which we apologize. According to experience and observation, ants only come out when they discover food or containers/packs with spices. We have already taken note of the concern and we are applying the anti-ant chemicals externally as a solution to the problem.Snorkeling equipment and the use of aqua shoes are advisable when heading to the beachfront since the marine sanctuary is located there, which includes sea urchins, corals, jellyfish, and other wildlife.
