Beautifully appointed and perfectly located just minutes from downtown Moab, this 2 bed/2.5 bath townhome has everything you need for your stay in Moab!

Featuring an open concept, comfortable living space this 2-level townhome is conveniently located just a five minute drive from downtown Moab in the quiet Rim Village Vista complex. Avoid the traffic and noise of downtown! The Rim Village Vista community is a private, quiet and beautifully landscaped community with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool (open April - October), hot tub (open year round), tennis courts, basketball courts, picnic area and playground. You'll quickly understand why it's a highly desirable lodging location while visiting the Moab area!

The home has the perfect configuration for two couples or families. Both bedrooms in this home are master suites with their own attached bathrooms. The queen sofa sleeper in the living room also provides extra sleeping space, and a queen air mattress is also available for more guests if needed.

Prepare meals together in the fully equipped kitchen and dine with ample seating inside or outside on the large patio. Enjoy outstanding views throughout the home and especially from the patio. Relax and enjoy a cup of freshly ground local coffee (provided) or a cold beverage in the evening while taking in the breathtaking views of the Moab Rim. The nearby community pool and hot tub are also a great place to wind down and cool off after a day in the desert heat!

The home has central A/C and heat and a washer/dryer for your convenience. The reliable high speed internet provides connection so you can easily work and study remotely when needed and the high def cable TV's and comfy furnishings will make relaxing in the evenings something to look forward to!

This is the second time we have stayed in this location, and will stay there the next time we visit Moab. It’s on the south end of the city so away from a lot of the congestion,, but still just a short drive into town. The beds in the condo are so comfy, I always get a good nights rest there!

Very nice condo. Very clean. Pictures and description as advertised. Slept 6 comfortably--including quite comfortable sleeper sofa bed. Good parking (even with ATV/UTV trailer). Nice front and back patios with short walk to pool/hot tub. Towels were provided for pool and hot tub use. Nice bed and bed bath linens. Has outdoor grill but did not use it. Only downside was the unit we were in was adjacent to the main highway so had a little traffic noise. Also would suggest taking a couple dish rags and dish towel as those were not provided. Overall had great stay and would definitely stay here again.

A co-worker and I booked this room for the weekend. At the time, we planned on bringing our kids and just enjoying the time. Last minute, our kids decided they didn't want to go. We still had to work on that Saturday, so we enjoyed a weekend away without our children. It would've been perfect for a bigger party, even better for the two of us. At work that Saturday, we became aware that the physician was staying at a local hotel that was not very clean. We had enough room that we invited them to stay with us. Worked out great. The place was amazing. I will definitely be back.

Overall we had a nice stay. When we arrived we noticed that the unit was not cleaned as good as it should have been. There was pee down the fronts of the toilets and on the floor in front. No cleaning supplies to clean with. Thank goodness I carry clorox wipes. I tried contacting the manager with no success. The dryer worked for two or three cycles then quit. Again we tried contacting the manager with no answer. Frustrating to say the least. Minus the cleaning issues it was a nice place to stay. Bring your cleaning supplies and have fun!

Happy with fragrance free linens. Needed dish drain wrack. No kleenex available.Dishwasher soap and hand soap full of toxic chemical smells. Beds very comfortable. Wifi signal sparce at times.

Very disappointed because overall the place was very nice and had a great location. We arrived at the house, got in easily, started to settle in only to learn that sheets, comforters, mattress covers, pillow cases, and towels were all very wet. Luckily we happened to notice right away. We put them in the dryer, but apparently that was the problem. I messaged the owner several times (no phone number listed) and received no responses. Luckily there was an emergency number for property management. A nice manager brought us dry towels, sheets, comforters, and mattress pads. Unfortunately, the mattress pads smelled horribly moldy so they apparently had not been dry as well. We were told we would be refunded our cleaning fee but were only refunded half.

Spacious, clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Yes, there is construction around and yes, the A/C is loud, which would only bother me if I lived there, but not as a guest. I would happily stay there again. Five star.

This property is very new and is well supplied for cooking. It is modern and nice decor. It worked great for our family of four.Our one concern is the washer had an odor like sewer gas on our second day so we washed towels. It was fine fir a day and then the odor came back. I would still highly recommend this but would hope this problem can be corrected. Also the A/C on main floor seems loud.

From the pictures, this place looked ok but it was better than ok. The things they had there wasn’t the flimsy, cheap things. The beds were all very comfortable, cooking utensils were good quality, they included enough supplies for us. They only had Keurig so make sure sure to bring K cups if you want coffee. I would absolutely stay here again. We also enjoyed the pool on site.

The property was beautiful. We utilized the front and back patios every day. The pool was wonderful and we used it between activities. Beds were comfortable and views were amazing! Kitchen was well equipped, we ate breakfast here every day. We had one issue right away and they took care of it immediately!! We would definitely stay here again!

Let me start by saying I struggled more with this review than most. I want to be fair, and this is a newer place with many positive attributes, but it also has some glaring issues that shouldn't be hard to get right. Pros: New and mostly very clean Great beds (very comfortable) Plenty of dishes and things you need in a VRBO Lots of towels and sheets and pillows AC unit cools the house well even in 108+ temps, which was crucial Community pool was somewhat busy but still nice to cool off on hot days Cons: Location is a few miles outside of town, so you cannot walk anywhere AC unit is in closet off the kitchen and sounds like a jet plane taking off Washer/dryer has a terrible sulfur smell at times when not in use (items washed did not smell like sulfur but hallway was almost unbearable at times) Refrigerator and freezer temps were set to very warm temps and couldn't be changed - also the ice and water was not hooked up in the unit so we had to buy ice that melted in the freezer Construction is ongoing in complex and this unit is swarming with contractors during the week work hours Also, no yard yet due to the construction so back deck is dirty and dusty from construction making it mostly unusable There was a towel in the closet with a huge crusty yellow stain - but only the one Front gate didn't latch because the latch is not lined up properly - Really not a big deal but still... Front door had to pull tight while locking - again not a big deal but something to easily fix Most of these things are not huge and could easily be rectified, and I only say them because it is fair to know what you are renting before you get there. I would probably give this place 5 stars if they spent a few hours investigating and fixing these items. Overall we had a great trip and these were mostly minor inconveniences. This place could be a wonderful place to stay.

Has everything you need in the kitchen. The washer and dryer was nice due to the red sand. Very clean. Seemed very new. Pool is about a 3 min walk from property. Never talked to host, but didn’t need to. Everything was sent in an e mail and went well.
