Convenient Location and Comfortable Stay

We really enjoyed our time here! The location was convenient for exploring Moab/Arches, and the community pool was a great way to cool off after a day of adventuring. The beds were very comfortable, and the space had everything we needed. One note: the shower water pressure was a bit inconsistent—one bathroom had very strong pressure while the other was more of a trickle. Overall, a great stay!

Over all a good stay, have to say that the place wasn't as clean as I expected, or experienced at other rentals such as Sage in Moab. Some of the dishes were dirty, counter tops sticky. Shower in master bathroom needs to undergo maintenance, hard water buildup on shower head so water doesn't come out with good pressure.

Pretty good stay but a few hiccups

Good amount of space for 4pp. Property has wear which is not surprising given that it’s in constant rotation. 10-15 min walk to town, great coffee shop one block down.Cleanliness was not terrible but noticeable. Air vents need cleaned!There was a power outage while we were there that impacted all of Moab and beyond which made for an interesting scramble.Our contact, Shelly was responsive.

Our first Vrbo and Evolve Experience

This is the first time we've used a short-term rental for a vacation experience. Compared to what hotel rooms were going to cost, I estimate we saved over $100.00 per night with Vrbo/Evolve, in addition to being able to eat breakfast every day and some dinners in the rental. The rental was exactly as it was described on the website and exceeded our expectations. The only concern we encountered was that the water pressure/shower head wasn't sufficient for a good shower. We will use Vrbo/Evolve again when the opportunity is right.

Awesome, lots of room

It was clean and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the stocked kitchen. There was a lot of room and beds for everyone. The swimming pool was a nice. Great place to stay, central to everything in Moab and Arches.

We liked our stay, but we were given the wrong codes for the swimming pool and internet on our check-in email. We emailed the contact number, but never heard back from them. Luckily someone in the pool gave us the code, but we never got to use the Wi-Fi.

A Lot Like Home

We came to Moab to visit Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. This was a very convenient location and the condo was very comfortable. The teens enjoyed having TVs in their rooms. We found the accommodations to be clean and we were able to relax as if we were at home.

Moab Hike and Bike Trip

Four friends really enjoyed our time in and around Moab for many hikes and a mountain bike ride. We toured 3 national park areas and the state park near Moab. Our stay was comfortable and convenient to the Moab restaurants and downtown area.

We arrived to overflowing trash - the unit had not been cleaned- we had to find a hotel

When we arrived at 4:15 PM for check-in – after having received our check-in instructions – the unit had not been cleaned at all, and there was overflowing trash that welcomed us at the entrance. The property manager (Shelly) was apologetic, and had not been notified by the management company that there were people coming to stay. We had no choice at that hour but to book a hotel down the street for two nights at a considerable additional cost not to mention the cost of having to eat out all meals for eight people. We raise this with the property management company - Evolve- and they cancelled our reservation but did not agree to pay the difference in our cost to stay at the hotel (and we only booked three hotel rooms when we were supposed to have four rooms at the unit). This experience combined with another experience with another management company in Moab two weeks before has made us reconsider, renting through VRBO in the future.

Great getaway

This rental was just Okay

The rental was just ok for our visit. The location is super close to Main Street which makes for easy access. The property was not super clean. Looks like they did a “once over” real quick before we arrived. It was lacking things that other properties I have stayed at had. For example, an out door patio table, pool towels , and more paper towel and toilet paper. The property host did get some sent to us, but I have to reach out twice to ask for toilet paper and paper towel. Another note, the beds were very uncomfortable. We made it work, and our family had a great time. I would have expected more considering what we paid.
