« The staff is excellent, the front desk and the bellman were a blast from the past at the excellent service you come to expect from a Westin. Where it fell short wet the amenities which I’ve been accustomed to in my previous stays. It’s a little thing, but when you pay $400 for a hotel room you expect better than 1 ply toilet paper. Their beds are still the best in the business though. Make sure you bring a step stool if you are shorter than 5’2”. The biggest “miss” was the food service. ...

« Went in the winter time and pool could have been warmer. Not many guests so quick service at restaurant and bar. Property and grounds were beautiful. Looks like a really fun summertime hotel when outdoor pool is open »

« Everything clean. Staff generally friendly but desk people need to greet whenever someone comes in and doormen need to open doors each time. Older doorman was great. Bartender is Richard excellent. Lots to do nearby »
